Lavonta & Brandon did a great job installing our new windows. Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. We could not except anything better. We are so glad we picked West Shore., and very happy they sent Lavonta & Brandon to do the job. We will be using West Shore to replace the remaining windows by the end of the year.

Quality work, quality people. The finished product turned out beautifully, far better than I anticipated. I went from a tub to a walk in shower, I feel safer and my bathroom actually appears larger. My home was spotless, both in the yard and the house, when they left. They asked if they could put a sign in the yard, without a doubt they can. It could be a billboard, and I would be happy. Awesome job!

I had my walk-in shower done on July 12, 2023. They were responsible, respectful, on time, and professional. I found out that there is a life time warranty and that they do labor the first year FREE. I was so amazed by my walk-in shower that I didn't notice that my sliding glass door was loose (it kept sliding out of place). I thought, "Oh, boy. Now I'm going to have to wait an additional week," but NO. They had a guy over here the NEXT DAY. I was flabbergasted by the attention to detail that the guy, Will was his name, had and when he put silicone on the top rail, I asked him why. Do you know what he said? "In case if I moved it." I was taken aback. He treated this shower as his shower. I had tons of repair men do the thing they were called to do and left me with a new problem. Will went above and beyond my expectations! And Allen Price was awesome, too. He stayed with us for 6 hours and missed another potential client. Thank you West Shore Home!

Brandon Y, Joe and Brian worked well at my house. They were respectful of my needs and the fact I had dogs - did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards.

Job # 384308 was done by Joe and Bryon. The did an exceptional job in a little over a half a day. Bryon walked me through the operation of filling and emptying emptying the tub, as well as working all the jets and temperature regulation. Both men were extremely polite and walked me through every aspect of the job.

The job performed by Ezekiel & Neil was absolutely phenomenal! They arrived at 8:30am bright and early, remodeled my shower making it fully handicap accessible in 1 day, and even cleaned up afterwards. I never believed that it could have been completed so quickly, but my new shower looks fantastic! Both Neil & Ezekiel were great workers, friendly, kind and really listened too my requests.
