The project was great. Harley, Jes and John where my installers. They were very professional call me in several times to make sure they were completing it to my satisfaction, very pleased with installation of my shower.

Chase and David R job 406030 worked Non-Stop and completed the job they cleaned up the bathroom replaced everything the shelf and gave great instructions on the tub and when to use it very very pleased with their work beautiful job beautiful tub quality I highly recommend kohlerwalk-in tub with westshore home installation

Great job on removal of old tub and replaced with an awesome looking shower install. Travis B and Nik arrived as scheduled and introduced themselves as they entered our home. They looked over our 1978 bathroom and explained what was planned and answered any questions we had. Travis told us it would take a second day (we were previously advised of that) and weâ re fine with it. Once the Q &A was done they went back to their vehicle brought in numerous floor coverings and began bringing in their stuff. They worked thru the day and returned the following morning 30 min prior than we expected (what an awesome thing and something not seen very often). I asked numerous questions on this final day and they explained everything to my wife and I in a professional way and never looked put out by my constant over their shoulder peering in. I want everyone to understand that these two guys had to deal with both my wife and I as well as a two year old that has to look in with grandpa, a 3 month old screaming as only she can and are you ready for this my 4 house dogs (that were mostly in my back yard except for an 11 year old basset hound that is ailing) and just sat on the living room floor for two days. Both Travis B and Nik were Incredibly polite, friendly and very good at what they did. We are planning on doing our second bathroom in the next few months and we will not hesitate utilizing Westshore Homes and will be asking for Travis B and Nik even if it means a longer waiting period. If anyone has any doubts about doing this type of project, rest assured the company and these guys a truly ultimate professionals.
