Salesman overpromised and company under delivered Had to fight to get them to come out and actually install windows- even though called several times Left a mess of shavings and trash (caulk, wood, etc) in yard that I had to clean up After install had to have a 2nd installer adjust the several windows so they operate properly Had to have them back out to fill in a window that they measured wrong and are just putting filler strips on Several windows were scratched or damaged during transport/install but left alone since they were mostly cosmetic issues Not impressed overall
