Loved the guys that did the installation, the door leaked and they sent a man to fix it QUICKLY (reversed a shield)! Strange thing is the next time I saw them at a festival they said they don't do doors? What good is a shower without a door? It did come out BEAUTIFUL and has a lifetime warranty I HOPE we have cracks around the drain... :-(

I left a review already once about this company because they did such a terrible job and was called then by the owner to ask to please take the review down and they would make it right the gentleman that called me back just last week said he planned on coming to my house to put something on the floor of the shower to keep me from sliding ,The floor is uneven. I had two bathrooms done at the same time. They did one and another company did the other. I told that gentleman as I did the Owner there?s something wrong with the floor not even a shower chair could stay stable a bottle of shampoo can?t stand on the floor of this shower . It is unsafe when he told me he was Going to put something On the floodecided to call the other people that did the bathroom and I let them fix it so all I can say is no I would never use them again when they asked me to take the review down. I took it down to give them the benefit of the doubt but here you go , I had to pay somebody else to fix your mistake .

We are extremely pleased with our shower installation. Our home was built in 1947 and the plumbing was horrible. Ocala Baths rerouted the plumbing and installed the new shower. Extremely professional installation, done in a timely manner. They kept the appointment times. We had no complaints at all. We would gladly refer this company for any projects. In these days and times we find very few companies we can give this high a recommendation for!

This company is very organized & efficient. They stay on top of the work progress and keep the customer fully informed. They replaced my old tub with a new shower. It looks great & works great, which is a testament to the quality of their installers & the quality of their products. It was a quick 2 day job and kept the mess to a minimum. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Ocala baths to anyone looking for a bath or shower. We had them replace an old fiberglass shower with a new beautiful shower. The installers were amazing and so clean. Wonderful experience!

Once the product came in they set up a date and it was done in two days. They showed up on time. The product was far better then what I saw in stores. Could not have asked for a more professional job.

Cody came out and was very professional with his estimate and went above and beyond to be helpful, even when we had concerns he was there to assist with the answers and a solution.

Cody gave us a very reasonable estimate to remove and replace the existing shower in our master bathroom. Jason was the installer and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Cody kept in touch with us throughout the entire process to maKe sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. My wife and I are very satisfied with the end result and would hire Ocala Baths again should we ever need more bathroom work to be done. I would give Ocala Baths a 5 star rating for a job well done!

Cody called us right back when we called about an estimate. Gave us good information about the process of the job. Gave them our job and it was done in a short period of time. Looks great and so much more room inside. Bumped our shower out several inches.
