My husband and I were extremely impressed with Ocala Baths !! Absolutely NO negatives !! The shower replacement is beautiful. Jason and Darian, our installers, could not have been more professional. They arrived on time, explained everything before starting (and throughout), demonstrated a love for what they were doing, and were meticulous cleaning up at the end of both days. Then, the following day (after completion), Cory came to our home to inspect and make sure we were absolutely satisfied. Head and shoulders above any other home improvement service providers we have ever had!

The crew that came in to install our shower was very professional. They laid tarps on the floor and over all the surfaces. They were efficient and proficient even though one of the crew fell ill on the second day of installation and we were afraid that things were going to be delayed but they finished on time.

Very good. Hardly new they were there. Clean up after themselves. Very nice people. I highly recommend if you need a shower or tub replacement.

We wanted to upgrade our shower to an ADA compliant shower for my husband with his wheel chair. We had numerous quotes and suggestions. We chose Ocala Baths, LLC for what we desired. When they started demolition the wall was unsafe and not stable enough to make it strong and accessible for his entry with a wheel chair. They went the extra mile to make sure it was safe for my husband and built the wall and bench so it was sturdy with the ease of roll in for his wheel chair, added grab bars, fantastic shower fixtures and it was more beautiful than we expected. It is easy to clean and SAFE. A fantastic experience with quality workmanship and materials. It was the most affordable, the installers were knowledgeable and compliant with code. They turned what could have been a bad experience with the poor quality of the already existing structure we had, into a SAFE and BEAUTIFUL shower. He gave more than promised for a perfect ADA compliant shower that we love. We keep his card for referrals for everyone that sees it. I would give them an A+ score and definitely a 5 star company.

From beginning to end if this job, Cody and crew were right on target. Advised each step of the way regarding order, scheduling and install. The 3 person crew were very knowledgeable about product and installation. Courteous of our home and each other. Would recommend highly. Time frame was perfect, no long down time for install or wait time to use. If services were needed again, we call Ocala Baths first.

The quality of materials used were top quality. Their workers they used were professionals. Promised finished in 2 days and they did. They policed the area so there was not any trash left for me to discard

These people are understanding of what's needed, (they are knowledgeable and they care about their customers). If something is not right they fix it no matter the cost. They are all hard working people and believe it or not I was comfortable because they were professional and pleasant.

Ocala Bath did such an amazing job! From Codyâ s first visit to talk about the product and what they could do to upgrade our 2 bathrooms to the finished installation and the wonderful gift was all top notch! Jason and Jackie, our installers, were very professional, neat, attentive to take care and cover floors and existing things in the bathrooms for protection, checked in with us during demolition, and allowed us to ask questions. We would highly recommend people adhere to the 2 day install plan they use as you will be glad you did! They did a great clean up job and only had minimal dusting to do to be able to use our new bathroom! They will customize the shower/bath to your specific needs, so donâ t be afraid to mention or ask for something. The finished result was truly amazing and everyone that has seen them love them as much as we do! Best shower ever!!!! Thanks to one and all for a job well done!
