Great product quick install but horrible customer service

The price wasn't cheap, but it wasn't looking for "old money" either. It was a good price for very good work. They arrived as scheduled, were very polite and considerate of the house and landscaping, and were diligent. They discussed choices I had to make and gave me the pros and cons. They were polite, prompt and industrious. They did a good job, finished in two days, and thoroughly cleaned up when they finished.

Very knowledgable estimator. Was able to color match downspouts to house color. Job done quickly and left no traces they were there. Arranged payment through office days after job was complete as I was out of town.

they did a great job on the gutters, however when i signed the contract they told me it would be about two weeks before they could get to. that was fine, then they just showed up at the door one day with no advanced notice at all they were coming. thank goodness my daughter just happened to be there using my computer so she was able to let them in. be sure you request a courtesy phone call before they just show up, also walk your yard for any scrap cut metal that may be lying around when they are done.

my only problem is that there is gap on the side of gutter to the sides of the building

Found contractor on Service Magic on a sunday the owner came to my home on Monday. We established a price and an install date. The work was complete on time and the install was done well.

Took my money and never came back to take care of some mistakes. Owner came by after he was paid, stated he would be back next week to resolve the problems. I called three times and left messages (that was two weeks ago). I didn't even receive a return call. I finished up his job myself. Make sure everything is done before you pay this company.

Luke Beverley called right away and did the estimate the next day. He answered all questions I had or concerns I had. The job was scheduled within my time limits and completed in one day. They left the area completely clean. You would never have known they were here except that I had gutters on the house and they looked great. I loved the fact that they did not expect one dime until the job was complete. I would recommend this company anytime. In fact I asked for their business cards. I work at a bank and give out their card anytime I here that one of my customers need gutters. Great job!!!! Julie

they were 2 weeks and 1.5 hours late, but did the job quickly and professionally when they finally got here. i got a very reasonable price estimate and was charged exactly what the estimate stated. they just finished the job today so i'll see with the next rain how well the gutters work. i would have given them a 5th star except they were so late.... the estimate was done on 6/3/9 and i was told that the gutters would be installed within 2 weeks, i called on 6/30/9 to inquire as to why i had not heard anything from them and they were here the next day.

They are an excellent company, do excellent work.
