Mark, the tech arrived on time & preformed the work in a professional manner. I will use Pasco Window & Door for all future needs ... it's a GREAT company!!

Started reasonably, ended as a non-repeat customer. A rental house we own was broken into over the Thanksgiving weekend -- in response to the tenant's call, we contacted Pasco Window and Door, since they were close by, and were well-rated on Angie's List. Although I was anxious to get the job done, they couldn't come out and look at the window for a couple of days -- took them at their word. For the first visit, the technician showed up promptly, measured the window, and informed me all insulated windows were special order, which would take two weeks. Evidently insulated windows aren't a stock item anywhere -- again, took them at their word. About two and a half weeks went by, and the window finally arrived...upon which PWD told me it would be another week before they could fit me into the schedule. On the day of the appointment, I had my son at the house at the beginning of the three hour appointment window...the technician was nearly an hour late, even after my son called the office and reminded them he was waiting. All of this occured during a cold snap, which didn't seem to make any difference. I felt bad enough for my tenant that I discounted part of that month's rent to make up the steeper utility bill for most of a month. I've no complaints with the window or the installation, and understand the demands of suppliers and schedule, but the general attitude towards customer service leads me to believe business must be very good, because they didn't seem all that interested in keeping mine. Too bad, because I need to upgrade several windows in the same house this year...someone else will get that job.

We got them off the site. We spent $2400 or $2500 on that work. They are very good and even the sales person that came to the house was very, very accommodating. They are friendly, nice, and professional people. We were not there when the work was done, but our tenants were and they were always polite, well and how efficient.

Service was prompt and install went smoothly.

I was very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

Overall, the service has gone well. I would highly recommend them.

They wanted payment before they would do the screen so I put it on my charge the day of my initial visit 6/2/09. They told me it would be finished that week. Well, after three calls I finally got it today on 6/18/09. One man told me they got a big vinyl job when I called to inquire about my screen for my tenant. When I finally picked up the new screen today they had so many excuses for the delay and I did not buy any of them. This is the worse service that I have had in a long time. Also, when I went to pick up the screen the gal asked me if I had paid in advance for it and I was told initially that it had to be paid in advance. I hoped that my tenant believed me regarding the delay because unlike Pasco Window and Door I take good care of my tenants.

Pasco Window and Door did great work for us. We were very pleased with their work. The first person they sent out was very professional. He took measurements and talked with us about what would happen. When the windows came the installers came out and they were wonderful, too. They were very informative about how it was going and they were very clean. We didn't feel invaded at all when they worked on the home. We've been using them ever since then.

The overall job went very well and I am extremely pleased with their response time, professionalism and price.

Excellent workmanship. Friendly and competent workers. Cleaned-up after work was done. They were also able to adjust windows on another house that I own and windows that some other company did not properly adjust the windows. Pasco Window and Door was willing to adjust those windows and the repairman re-adjusted the windows that the other company was unable to do correctly!

We are pleased with them. They were on time and cleaned up their mess. We've not had a bit of trouble with the windows! I do not remember the cost of this work.

After several companies came to our home to do estimates, this company sent a professional. The time frame he gave us was accurate and the installation was superb.

I got them off of Angie's list for hurricane shutters and got the top three to give me a estimate. The person they sent for the estimate, knew the product backwards and forwards, that he was selling and knew all the information about the product. Getting an estimate from Pasco was a pleasure, rather then work to get an estimate, unlike other service providers. Sent two guys for the installation, was an easy process and I was extremely pleased with the installation. Put them on a very tight time frame, because it was the start of the hurricane season and needed the job done in a month, unlike the other companies that I got off of Angie's List and they agreed to do it, in that time frame and did it cheerfully. Also, had a few changes with the contract and they agreed to do the changes. Highly recommend them and I will definitely, use them again.

He said his boss would call. No call received. Left messages 3/26, 27 & 28. Calls not returned. Phoned McP. 3/28. He said he s the boss, I d have to deal with him as the owner will not speak to me. I asked McP. what he is prepared to do and he said he would install the goods he ordered. I asked for the promised refund of deposit. He refused. We chose 686SM and 694SM. Were unaware of significance of the letters after the numbers. Relied on Mr. McP s expertise to correctly identify the product number from picture. Update to response: When the original estimate was received I informed P.W.D. Inc that before I could confirm the order I had to get permission from our Homeowner's Association to change our entry way, from 2-to 1-door,. I submitted the application together with a photo of the door selected. Once approval was received I signed the agreement in the mistaken belief that Mr. McPherson had transferred the correct item numbers from his catalog" to the estimate.

They allow you to combine materials or customize how you want to protect your window. They are very professional and prompt. We have actually hired them again to do two more windows for us.

THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY NICE. HE WANTED TO PLEASE ME AND WAS VERY HONEST. I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THE MEN WHO PERFORMED THE JOB WERE VERY NICE ALSO

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME AND THEY DID THE WORK AT THE SAME COST OF THE ESTIMATE, AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY HAD EXCELLENT CLEANUP, ONE OF THE GENTLEMAN WENT AROUND WITH A SMALL SHOP VAC AND MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP ANY GLASS OR DEBRIS. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THE SLIDING DOORS WORKED OKAY BUT NOT GOOD AFTER SERVICED. THE NEW SCREEN DOORS FOR THE SLIDERS CAME IN SCRATCHED AND DENTED. THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE NEW ONES WOULD NOT BE SCRATCHED IF REORDERED. GAVE ME CREDIT BUT WASTED MY TIME. NOT VERY ORGANIZED IN HAVING WHAT THEY NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE.

MARK CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE EVEN REFERRED 2 PEOPLE TO DO THE TINTING.

THIS COMPANY DOES EXCELLENT WORK, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

WE CONTRACTED TO WORK ORDER ON 5/6/04. WORK WAS TO BE COMPLETED BY END OF MAY. STARTED CALLING COMPANY JUNE 1 TO FIND OUT STATUS OF JOB. CALLED 2-3 TIMES EACH WEEK FOR 6 WEEKS, LEAVING MESSAGES, NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK. WENT TO SEE THE OWNER ON 7/6, WHO SCHEDULED JOB FOR 7/7. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. HOWEVER, THE WORKMEN DID A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION OF WORK.

I CAN GET THAT KIND OF LOUSY SERVICE FROM THE PHONE BOOK FOR FREE.

THEY CAME THE SAME DAY WE CALLED BECAUSE THEY HAD A MAN IN THE AREA. HE WAS VERY PLEASENT AND HAD ALL THE EQUIPMENT TO GET IT DONE QUICKLY.

I had just gotten a call that I owed an additional $265 on top of the $4361.00 and $200 I had previously paid (the $200 was an addendum). When the sales person was here, he said a light outside the door would be installed - Pasco County code.

THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE, AND I TOLD THEM TO DO THE JOB RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID, AND IM VERY SATISFIED!
