Silva and Silva Cleaning

It took more than a week to schedule an appointment. The appointment time was scheduled for the morning and due to an emergency was cancelled. He attempted to reschedule for the afternoon but did not give us a time until after we texted him twice and then it ended up being 4:00-5:00 pm after waiting to hear back from him. He cleaned the tile and grout well but he sprayed the grout to seal it leaving a 1 inch path of sealant on the tile. When I questioned him about this, he replied "well nobody has ever complained before." And he said the sealant, when dry, would not show...he is wrong!! This does not look like a professional job. I have had tile and grout cleaned and sealed before and a paintbrush was used to seal the grout and any sealant left on the tile was wiped away. Unfortunately, we had prepaid for this special and wish we hadn't. We have never been burned using Angie's List before and thought we could trust the reviews, but I guess there's always a first. I would like him to return and clean the sealant off my tile so I don't have glossy stripes running down my tiled floor! If I have to do it than I expect a refund for the "$149 special."

I was not there when it was done my husband was. He said it was very good. He said they were very throughout. I would consider using them again in the future if needed.

Wonderful job completed by Silva and Silva. Paul Wells was punctual, did an absolutely great job without any issues. We will definitely use him again and will refer him to our HOA neighbors.

Fantastic ! Paul Wells of Dirty Surface Silva Solutions came in brought back tile and grout to a sparkling new condition. The job was done professionally and I am completely satisfied.

They went above and beyond on customer service in making sure I got what I asked for. They did a great job. It took about 8 hours. They just did the job and did it very well.

I could not be more impressed. A grade above the rest of any I have used before. He took his time and did it right.

He did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the work. He was on time and punctual, courteous, and I was very happy with the job he did. He was fast and had all the equipment he needed, he only needed to use the faucet outside, and didn't use any indoor faucets. If i need it done again, I will call him, and I will definitely recommend him.

It didn't "go". They never called to schedule an appointment. When I contacted them I was given a different phone number than the one in their ad but when I called to schedule the work no one answered and there was no answering machine to leave a message. Gave up and asked Angie's List to transfer my payment to another vendor since they were unable to give me a refund. Another issue I found unacceptable.

They are here right now and they are great. They’re punctual. They always get back to you right away. They’re the best cleaning people I’ve ever had in my house in the last 20 years. They’re a little expensive, but you get your money’s worth. We’re very happy with them. They just left as a matter of fact, they were just here.

Great!!! They were here when they said they would be and explained all that they would do before they started. Even helped remove outdoor furniture/plants from lanai and returned same when job was done.
