i called on a Saturday afternoon with a request for help on Monday. Celia was wonderful. She was able to help on such short notice. After she left, the owner came by. He called and was very excited about how clean the house was. He said the the house had never been so clean and it smelled wonderful. He also said the tile floors looked like they did when they were new. Celia and her crew of Silva and Silva are very professional and an excellent cleaning company. I highly recommend them for any cleaning needs.

Silva and Silva do such an amazing job cleaning our house. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a cleaning service that is professional and thorough when cleaning. Silva and Silva are also very flexible when scheduling our cleanings. I have used a few different cleaning companies in Estero Florida and they are the best by far.

I waited to review them until I returned to Florida. When I walked in the door the place was immaculate and they did not know the cleaning was for me.. I did not have one complaint from my renters and many commented on how clean the condo was. I can honestly say this is a cleaning service you can trust even if you are in another state and have to rely on someone else to get the job done. The condo was cleaned on time every time I called, even if I had a renter coming and going the same day. I had some really bad cleaners in the past but Silva & Silva have made up for them. If you need a reliable service that gets the job done hire Silva & Silva.

My neighbor was in the hospital for a month and I wanted her to come home to a spotless house. It was a last minute request and Celia came through for me. She is very professional and extremely nice. I am very picky and I will definitely use her at my house; she really goes the extra mile. The cost was just as reasonable, if not more so, than all the rest. That together with the great cleaning job makes this a no brainer A+.!

I am very pleased with the quality of work provided each and every time Silva and Silva come to clean my house. The house really sparkles when the ladies have finished cleaning! Over the last 2 years this company has proven itself to be reliable and trustworthy. The owner, Celia is quick to respond by phone or text if there is a problem or if some clarification is required. We had used this company for awhile after we found them through Angie's list. Everything was going well for awhile- Owner is good at getting back to you to schedule and confirm service- even via text. If there was a problem she would call, or let us know they'd be late. We have since discontinued as we had an issue with some of her employees using our address to gain access into a facility on a date that we had not scheduled them to come in. I did contact the owner who confirmed her workers were there but not for our house, but it caused a big security issue within the residence and in turn reflected poorly on the homeowner. To be clear- there is no trust issue with this company- multiple times we felt comfortable leaving them at our home while we ran out. It was more the irresponsibility of some of the employees perhaps not realizing the problems it created for us by falsely using our residency for access to a secure neighborhood. Over all they were nice and generally easy to work with, but the quality of work and professionalism needs a little improvement. Hopefully this is helpful to both the business and future clients!

The 2 individuals arrived late to the scheduled time. I contacted the owner to follow up and she explained that they were running late but no one had called me in advance to let me know . The staff spoke limited English and so communication was difficult to explain what I needed clean. One of the staff cleaned areas that I explained that I did not need clean but did not do all of the tasks I had originally explained I wanted completed. Overall, the jobs they completed were done well, but the confusion of the day left me a little frustrated.

Cleaning staff did not show up at agreed upon time. Cleaning was decent. They did not dust the tops of fixtures, blinds, or hard to reach places. They must have left the windows open (no screens in the window) during cleaning because upon my arrival home there were numerous beetles flying around my bedroom when I turned the lights on.

The cleaners had an agenda and went right to work. At one point, they began cleaning something already done y ourselves and we wanted them to work on baseboards. In any case, a language barrier existed which was difficult with which to work. They asked about projects which would have kept them longer and a higher fee. In any case, the work performed was very good, but did not prompt my wife to subscribe to a cleaning service.

They came when they were supposed to were very thorough and I would defiantly have them back again.

Excellent. I've been employing S and S regularly for several months. I am pleased. But, yesterday the woman who comes (my regular one) came up to me at payment time and asked if I would make the check out to "CASH". I've been making the check to "Silva and Silva" all along. I like to pay my vendors and service providers with a check to their business. I am an educated business executive for 40 years and know that when a vendor receives a payment check payable to their business it gets accounted for, and likely all legal and required taxes are paid on it, JUST LIKE THE REST OF US. This "cash" stuff has my alert up. Why the change? I think that cash checks are negotiable by anyone, and are untraceable for IRS purposes. What's going on? I have no idea. It will be interesting to see who endorses the check for payment by my bank.

I needed our rental property cleaned in a very short time frame between tenants and my normal cleaning service was unavailable. I called to speak to Ms. Silva to set up the cleaners and she responded immediately. The day of the cleaning I had to leave the condo after waiting for the cleaners for a half hour, but this is season and the cleaners were working quite a distance away. When I returned an hour and a half later the team of 2 were just finishing up and everything looked great. My new tenants agreed and that's really the bottom line for me. If I'm in the same situation again I won't hesitate to call Silva & Silva.

What an awesome job, cleaned baseboards, above the cabinets and so much more. We will be using them again. Well worth the price.

They were fantastic. They did even more than I had asked them to. There was a lot of work to be done, as fresh carpet had just been installed.

Everything was great. If there was one issue it would be a small one but it was a little bit difficult explaining the order I wanted the rooms done in so if the 4 hours was not enough to clean everything, I would get the rooms done that I really wanted done. However, the job done was great and I will use again.

Two ladies arrived on time with all cleaning supplies in hand. They came in and immediately started working.. 2 hours later the condo was clean, lanai and windows clean.

I was desperately in need of a service to clean my home. I have been unable to keep things up to the immaculate condition that I always did. I searched Angie's list for a service. I read all the favorable reviews of Silva and Silva and immediately placed a request for a return call. Celia Silva, company owner, who was out of state at the time, promptly returned my call and set up a date to have my house cleaned. Amy and Julie came on Friday 12/12/14 and immediately started to work. Amy explained her typical workflow and asked if it was agreeable with me and it was. They started in the master bedroom and room by room cleaned everything from ceiling to floor All furniture was pulled away from the wall in order to get access to the baseboards, so that they could be cleaned properly They got more than they bargained for because there was plenty of dust behind all of the furniture! I have a mirrored/glass wall unit and Amy cleaned all of the glass shelves and mirrors and wiped down each item on those shelves. She treated areas on our not-so-white carpets and on to the laundry room where the washer and dryer were pulled away from the wall and vacuumed under. All tile floors were cleaned All A/C vents were cleaned. Amy even put in a new A/C filter for me. Then the windows, all windows were cleaned inside AND OUTSIDE! These ladies worked so hard for 5 hours and my house is meticulously cleaned. I immediately set up an appointment to have service every two weeks. I am comforted that my home will be well cared for by this company that excels in what they do and their work ethic. I am so appreciative.

Celia was very pleasant on our initial call and the following week the girls she sent to clean spent considerable time and I felt did a very decent job. Two weeks later when they returned however, they spent barely over 1 hour cleaning and I returned to find numerous items (picture frames, tv remotes) that had not even been moved but rather wiped around. The overall effort on the 2nd visit was sub par. I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to a long relationship with this crew.

Made an appointment and text me when on the way. Were very nice ladies and did an excellent job on cleaning. I will hire them again..

Family cleaning business who's work is detailed and very thorough. First cleaning took about 4-5 hours, very detailed. I now have them clean once a month and I am have happy with their work.

First, they responded to my inquiry right away. Knowing my need for someone to come as soon as possible she managed to get me into the schedule the next afternoon. The price was so reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. But the best part was...the quality of work. These ladies were here for quite a while since there was so much to do today and went above and beyond and my house looks absolutely fabulous. Every room, every blind, every ceiling fan, base board, all the bathrooms were cleaned and they even cleaned out my refrigerator and swept/straightened out the entrance to my garage. I got home this evening and my house was absolutely spotless. I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend them as I was completely impressed. I would definitely recommend these ladies and am having them put me on their biweekly schedule. Thank you for taking so much stress off of me!!!!!!
