Very professional, offered warranty. Got there on time.

The gentleman that did my ceiling installation was great. He was very polite, and professional.

The technician was excellent. Workmanship was excellent. And they were able to perform exactly what I wanted. Only drawback was price. If They were about 30% cheaper it would’ve been perfect. But I also know that you get what you pay for and again the technician was excellent.

My husband and I hired Energy Today to install an outlet in our garage to power our travel trailer. Unfortunately, the outlet was wired too 'hot' and it blew out the converter on the trailer. When we asked ET to come back out because of our concern they did not hesitate. There was no finger pointing or suggesting that anything else caused the problem. They immediately accepted responsibility and the electrician (I won't provide his name because I don't want people to avoid working with him because of the original error - he was GREAT to work with) did EVERYTHING to make the situation right. He was apologetic, concerned and committed to making the situation right. In life, everything does not always go as planned. As former business owners we recognize that the true mark of a business is how they respond when things don't go perfectly. Energy Today stood tall, fixed their mistakes and they will have our business in the future.

U get talked in to buying a service plan instead of an hourly rate. I would of liked to know that ahead of time

I Had no idea how expensive electrical work could be. I originally wanted to install two new 120V circuits (and outlets) from my breaker box to the other side of the garage (15 feet). The price PER new circuit was more than I wanted to spend on the entire project. After talking to the technician he saved over a thousand dollars by moving the electrical outlet adjacent to the breaker box, instead of the other side of the garage. Come to think of it, I never got a quote for the install if I installed it on the other side of the garage.

They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in a short period of time. They were also neat, clean and friendly. The only negative I could think of was the price, but I don't have anything to compare it to.

Very professional and got the job done.

Had an apt 2-4pm. No show at 6pm, but they called and said he was running late. At 6:40, the tech called and was an hour out so wouldn't be there until 7:30. I cancelled and rescheduled, but a wasted day. When rescheduled, he was on time and completed the work, but this was 5 days later.
