The original project was to repair/replace a few siding boards that had rotted due to water intrusion. Not only did he replace the rotten boards, but he corrected a separate siding issue under windows on the deck. He also repaired drywall by the water leak on the inside and a few spots on ceilings where there were separate water issues. He was very prompt and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend his work and would hire him again.

Jay did great work for us on a couple of smaller projects to repair our deck and some drywall issues. His communication was excellent and he was always prompt. We appreciated that when some of the drywall repair took longer to dry than expected, he came back the next day to finish instead of rushing the job to completion. Very pleased with the finished product and would not hesitate to contact Jay again for future projects.

Jayco did an outstanding and professional repair on our chimney. Jay came out on time and kept us informed on any additional work that may need to be done before starting. I called Jay to take a look at some rotting exterior trim on my chimney where a squirrel had gotten through. He came out to take a look the same day and started working the following day. He was honest and recommended a solution to the only repair that was necessary. He even took the time to explain his solution step by step, and I felt that the price was very fair for the work. He used quality materials and did quality, detailed work. I do not think any more squirrels will be getting in. Lastly, Jay is extremely kind and easy to work with. He took the time to talk with me and let my daughter do some painting with his tools. I will most definitely be reaching out to him for future repairs!

We had rot in the front entry way steps that made them somewhat unsafe. Jason was able to handle the problem quickly by replacing the vertical 4x4 supports and restoring the steps to their previous strength. Great job. I'll hire again as the need arises.
