Active Landscaping & Irrigation

Dwayne showed up right on time. Great technician, friendly and knowledgeable. Good to have someone work on your system that knows his trade well. Correctly repositioned all sprinklers that needed it, replaced a couple sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced, gave some good advice, and was on his way. Got a quote as well for possible additional work that I may use them for in the future. Shari at the main office was great, very friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment etc. Great team!

HAD TO WALK ENTIRE COVERAGE ASREA AND POINT OUT THE NUMEROUS ISSUES THAT WERE STIL;L PRESENT

I received an email response to my purchase to informed me that the service provider does not cover my area. They were nice and polite. I would use them if they service my area.

It was fine. The company sent 1 tech who was at the home for 30-45 minutes.

The man came on time, explained what he was going to do, did it, and checked with me when done to explain what he had found and done. In my original review, I questioned whether this company had changed hands or whether it was the same company I had done business with twice in the past. Since then, I had a good conversation with Shari of "Active Lawn Care and Landscaping." She explained that they are the same company I had done business with in the past, and she clarified my confusion about their name. The name of the enterprise is "Active Environmental Corporation." They do business as (DBA), Active Lawn Care and Landscaping Inc." She also explained that the person who did our work this latest time was a man who helps out in the summer time. (My previous two services were done in wintertime. Because of this clarification and my satisfaction with the service provided by "Active Environmental," DBA "Active Lawn Care and Landscaping,"I would definitely use them again. Thank you Shari for being so nice and helpful on the phone with me.

They found some areas of concerns and gave a very reasonable price which we took advantage of and had the system fixed. We are very pleased with the service. We asked for a quote on doing some mulch, we found that quote was higher than we want to pay but I will certainly use Active Lawn Care & Landscaping Inc for any future irrigation work. They did excellent work

It was ok. It was an average service. Scheduling was fine.

The tech was extremely knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I understood every step. He gave me some good tips on what to look for in the future to make sure my system stays in good running order. I would use them again.

sorry the grass never looked good

This didn't turn out very well. The whole thing drug out over two weeks. The first guy that came out was a Supervisor. They installed something incorrectly, and then they had to fix that. The Supervisor seemed knowledgeable. They quoted me $180.00 for the new manifold and valve, which was a reasonable price. I let them go ahead and do it. The cover was an additional $110.00, but I wanted it.

It’s not finished. They couldn’t do anything because my irrigation system wasn’t getting electricity. They sent me a new quote for a new box and the labor to install it for over $350. They got me the quote in a timely manner: within 1 week of their visit. I bought the system myself and had a friend install it. They haven’t called me back after that, but I hope to have them back out to service my system now that the box is fixed.

Did okay job. We were doing a home renovation, they did the job that we asked … the guy said they could throw together a plan for another project, and it just didn’t work out for us.

They did a good job. He did everything I asked. He was prompt and came on time for the appointment. We had no hangs ups on anything.

Very happy! I purchased the deal offered and expected that additional work would be charged at a much higher rate but we felt that the work was thorough and reasonably priced.

They came out to fix the issue and did a great job! I would highly recommend them as well as use them again in the future if I needed to.

A cracked pipe here, a buried sprinkler head there, and other heads just needed replacing. When he was done, everything was working great. Can't ask for more than that.

Kept me informed throughout the job. Friendly, cooperative and inventive. Provided a written estimate in advance. Charges were reasonable. Came back on the second to repair the broken pipe without a question or any attempt to avoid responsibility. I'm definitely impressed with the company and the service.

It went very well. My only complaint is that the sprinkler system was left off and because it is set to work late at night I did not find out until 10 days later.

They were pretty good. They were prompt. They made the repairs quickly. Their work is guaranteed. One technician came out.

Called 3 times and got voicemail each time. Finally left a message with 2 contact numbers. Their recorded message said they would get back promptly. Waited 2 days and never heard from them. At this point was not confident they could do the job so I called another service, they answered and came and fixed my irrigation. Would not recommend Action Lawn Care. They get 1 star for not responding!

Bought the Big Deal for $42.50 and received a call within 30min to schedule the appointment which impressed me. I was able to make an appointment within a couple days. The gentlemen was very prompt for the appointment. He checked all sprinklers and also offered a great suggestion for the front sprinklers that keep getting chopped off when lawn maintenance is done. I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of his work. I would recommend this company and would also call him again!

Two people came out and tuned up my sprinkler system. They were there for an hour and I really thought it was a great deal. I would use them again in the future.
