I was very impressed. I have bought a couple of other "main deals" on Angies List and was not too happy with either the punctuality or the follow up trying to sell other services. This company was excellent - did what they advertised and only followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

Very straightforward. Very professional. Technician was experienced.

When I purchased this deal, I specifically documented to call me to schedule the appointment. I received an email stating that I was scheduled for Thursday. I replied that it needed to be Friday and they changed with no problem. Thursday came and so did the tech with me not being home. Called and office was polite and said it should have been Friday and he would come back out tomorrow. The tech (Carlos), arrived bright and early Friday morning which was a bonus for me. After inspecting my garage door, he said it didn't need any wheels as they were all in good condition. That was the point of purchasing the deal. Therefore, the service I paid $99 for consisted of spraying WD-40 on all of the moving parts and applying some grease. Since they did not replace wheels per deal, Company offered me a refund.

I purchased my garage door from this company maybe 10 or so years ago. At that time they did a very good job and I was happy with it. I didn't know about having a tune-up on it, but when I saw the Big Deal advertised it made sense. I bought one and was contacted shortly by the company. Carlos the tech, arrived punctually and did a wonderful job. The door had been creaking and groaning upon opening and I just thought it was normal. He adjusted everything and replaced some rollers and lubricated all the parts. There was a string touching the chain on the lifter and he secured that so it was out of the way. He was very quick and professional and also pleasant. I strongly recommend this company. I also received a call to ask if I was happy with the job.

Everything was fixed to spec. No problems. the service man even provided some great advice.

I've used their services for years and always find them fair and reliable. Very punctual and efficient and they never try to sell you services you don't need.

They are punctual. The workers are very fast and clean up after themselves. They are very good at installing the garage door.

Superiour Garage Doors came to my home and gave me an estimate in replacing my door. I was happy with what they had to say, so I scheduled an appointment for it to be replaced and put a down payment of $400 on the work. He came out with his truck and took a bunch of measurememts. They are going to take out the old garage door and replace the new one within three hours.

They came when they said they would, gave me great service and I would highly recommend them. They were easy to talk to and work with. They were very punctual in returning information to us. I was very thankful that they were living up to their AL ratings.

Could have pushed me for a new Lift Master but did not. I have 3 single door openers and they have serviced all three promptly, and for a reasonable price.

Called, discussed requirements, Discussed price. Agreed to price etc, they said that they could have a man out in an hour. They had a man out in an hour. During the installation of the new lifter, the installer showed me some worn parts (bearings) and what he would like to replace them with. I agreed. The final price was as agreed plus a very nominal charge for the new bearings. The work was done quickly, and cleanly. Although the installer was weak in English, he made me understand everything that we needed to communicate. He was polite and professional.

The man that came out was a little pushy. He thought I should just get a new garage door, which he would be happy to install. Once I told him that was not an option, he did a good job. I just wish he would have done that in the first place.

They were unable to keep their appointment with me, so I decided to go with another company.

THIS WAS A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE ALWAYS LATE. I ALWAYS HAD TROUBLE CONTACTING THEM. THEY WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS NOT WORTH THE JOB THAT WAS DONE.
