Initially, I missed Armando's ( SFL Property Maintenance Corp.) calls to scheduled a service date. Once we made contact, I discussed the projects that I wanted done, including sending him photos (at my request) of the projects. I appreciated his honesty in telling me to look for more for him to do because what I wanted done would not take 3 hours. He also suggested (to use all the time for work), that I have the supplies on hand however, he could go get them once here. On the appt. day, he arrived approx 10 minutes early. He did a walk through, looking at the projects, then went to Home Depot to pick up the necessary supplies. He completed the job, and was very courteous and professional. We hope to use his services for larger jobs in the future.

I must say that my experience with this company is by far the best I have had with any handyman or contractor. Armando and his team were professionals at all times. He arrived on time to do a walk through and provide his estimate which I find quite rare in South Florida. The attention to detail was outstanding. Everything I asked for was done and then some. I was made to feel that my job was his priority. It did not matter how many times I asked questions or called him; Armando took the time to address all of my concerns. I also appreciate the fact that I was advised when and where I could save money because he understood that I was working with a budget to restore a foreclosed property that is now my dream home. I will continue to use his services because I trust his work ethic; he has shown himself to be a man of integrity. SFL Property Maintenance turned my house into a home in less than two weeks!

Armando did an excellent job. He arrived on time and worked really fast. He asked for my list of tasks and promptly set to work right away. He drove all the way up from Homestead to my home in Coral Springs so he could honor this deal. I was impressed with his professionalism, courteousness and speed. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again in the future. This deal was a steal!

It was an overall positive experience, exceeded my expectations, Armando called before to make arrangements and ask the right questions to prepare to do the job. Armando was polite, professional and punctual. I noticed that the bolts installed were off center after the installation, I reached out to Armando and was forthcoming to come back and center the bolts where they belong. Will use his services again. I typically don't post reviews and are skeptical about them... This time I think it's important to do so, as it is almost impossible to get this type of service anywhere in Miami.

Armando was punctual, prepared, flexible, polite, and efficient. He quickly and thoroughly fixed everything I requested and even offered to fix anything else I needed since I still had time paid for. He's that quick. All of his work was done with attention to detail and was creative in fixing things that had no clear solution. I would absolutely recommend him and I will be contacting him for remodeling work in the future.

The work went very well. He was punctual and price was very reasonable.

Arrived on time and got right to work replacing my faucet in the kitchen. When he was finished with that he went right to work pressure cleaning the driveway.

The provider was very slow to contact us for service. When he finally did contact us, his message said that we needed to call him after 6 pm at his office on a specific day. If we have to chase him to discuss an appointment time we have little confidence in his ability to perform the work in a timely manner.

The task I needed done was outside the providers scope of work and I have requested a refund.

Armando was excellent. He showed up onetime which is a plus here in Miami. In addition he called within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase of the service to make an appointment. He had all the needed tools and was not in a rush at all. When he was done he mentioned he had more time and was there anything else to be done. What he did: Installed a new garbage disposal, put back up my smoke detector (I have very high ceilings), caulked my tub and gave me advice on some things I wanted to do later. He left the place clean and put back items as he found them. Very pleased.

He handled it professionally, but he wasn't able to come out in the time that I needed it.

Armando and is helper were great installed a chain link fence in my yard for my dogs and also pressure cleaned my driveway very professional and very fast!! I also recommended him to some of my friends and he's done a great job with there work as well. Will be using him in the future for services on my new home.

He was on time and very professional. Installed the artwork at the hieght i requested. I was not happy with it. He immedialty took i down and reinstalled it 6 inches lower for the same price he quoted me over the phone.

Excellent as always Armando is very responsive and completes task on time and budget. Got back to me with bids right away and started work the day that plans were approved by building dept.

This was by far the best experience I've had with anyone that has done construction in my house. Armando was very professional and did not waste time by any means. You can really tell he likes what he does by the quality in his work, he pays attention to detail. He was here on time everyday and finished the project when he said he was going to finish. Overall, very professional and competitive pricing. Would most definitely recommend and contact again for additional projects!

Armando always does an excellent job. Gets estimate back to me on same day. Once bid approved, goes out and completes work quickly.

As always, Armando got back to me right away with bid and went and took care of everything that he promised.
