Precision Enterprise Group

This morning, George showed up to the 11:30am appointment at 9:30am and called to say they were 7 minutes away, but then immediately called back to say they had arrived. I asked him to wait for 20 minutes downstairs while I got ready. When I went downstairs about 25 minutes later, I didn't see anyone and I went back upstairs to get my phone and call him. He didn't answer but I left a message. I checked my phone and at 10am he wrote a text and asked if I was coming down to which I texted back immediately that I was down there and didn't see him, and asked when he was coming back. I later called his phone and got voice mail. He never responded. This was a vendor set up by Installation Made Easy for Floor & Decor. I called them to let them know and find out if they were coming back. I was told they are not coming back today. Apparently his story to them was he waited for over an hour and had to leave. I let George know I was filing a formal complaint, and at 11:50am, NOW he re-appears and calls back. I recommend NOT using this contractor with this kind of customer service attitude.
