They're a bit expensive. Tried to up sell me with extra work all over my place. I'm not really happy with the look of the lights they installed.

Trustworthy but had some mis-communication.

I took off from work so I could be home for the 4 hour service window. Toward the end of the window I received a text that they were busy and could not make it. I called the number provided and was unable to get another window of work (not sure I want this company now anyway). They wasted my time.

Was able to resolve my issue on first visit. Price appears to be high but worth it, as well as 3 year warranty included.

This person was professional but the feeds were just outrageous.

They were a dysfunctional team, and they did work that did not meet the building code. unresponsive to my requests for a resolution. MS did the work in March of 2021. In December 2021, someone shows up at my door to have me sign a notice of commencement. Why did it take them over 9 months to get the paperwork and submit the permit? It makes no sense. The inspector comes and fails us because they did perform the work that was not up to code because there needed to be 3 ft of clearance between the panel and the property line. I called the office and they sent someone out--that was over a month ago and I never heard back from them. Meanwhile, I am stuck with an open, failed permit and nobody at this company wants to take responsibility for getting it fixed. 

Very professional. Patiently explained everything several times so that this elderly lady could understand what needed to be done. I definitely would recommend this company and technician !!
