 + -1 moreThere were a lot of minor issues that needed to be fixed around the house. I found the $199 for a day handyman deal on Angie's list and bought it. Luis confirmed the appointment, called one day prior to confirm the location and told me he would come around 11AM. He came around 11:30, looked at my list of things to be fixed. He went to work right away, took the time to inspect and verify it was completed correctly. The only recommendation is to set aside a time to answer phone calls. The phone kept ringing constantly and he was answering them constantly. It is better to have a call center take the calls, and find a different time to respond to them - when taking breaks or after the job is complete.

Description of Work: The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling due to heat from a skylight. It was scraped, primed, and painted. A leak in an AC duct was causing the ceiling in a bedroom to peel. The leak was located and repaired. The ceiling was scraped, primed and painted.
