Description of Work: He agreed to an appointment at 6 pm to come to the house to assess the scope of work to be done and provide me with a quote. Discussed with him the details of the project and shared with him a list of drawings defining the details of the repairs of the subfloor structure and the bathroom updating to be done. He did go under the house to personally inspect the subfloor damage to be repaired. He agreed with me to provide a quote by Monday 4/28/2014. I did not hear from him so on 4/30/2014 I sent him an email asking if he was planning to provide me with a quote. I never heard from LEF Premium Services.
