The technician came out very quickly when called about broken springs. He came in an unmarked van and had many loose springs in the van. He changed the springs and installed other ones. The price was $1100 which I felt was very high. Three months later my garage door would not go up. I called the company back and a technician came out that same day. He said my motor was not strong enough to raise the door. He quoted $600 to install a new overhead door motor. I told him I did not believe my motor was bad and he left. I called another company off of Angie's List and he came out that same afternoon. He informed me that my motor was fine but the springs were two different sizes and one was much smaller than the other. He had to tighten the smaller spring in order for my door to open but said the company needs to replace the smaller spring.. I called the company and the technician said as long as the door works that the springs are fine and he will not replace them. He said they have a 3 year warranty and call if it breaks. He said the other company did not know what they are talking about. Stay away from this company for your garage door needs and call the top rated companies on Angie's List.
