Description of Work: They tore out carpet in 4 rooms. This sounds simple but they did it with all the furniture there and the carpet swans covered with doggie doo doo and pee. The job only took 90 minutes but was the worst of the worst to do.. My elderly mother had a semi hoarders house. They were great no complaining just got down to work and didn't stop until done. They squeezed me in when they were very busy. They are the best. I've had them do several jobs for me that were more up their ally which was remodeling a bathroom and the ceiling in my kitchen. Always down to business, great job and reasonable price..

+ 0 moreWe had an exterior wall that was grass stained from the trimmer and had some peeling paint. Mike and Rita cleaned the wall, sealed it and then painted it to match the rest of the house. They also touched up some other areas around the exterior.

+ -1 moreI called around and Mike & Rita came right out and gave me an estimate on fixing my fence and soffit. They were the only folks that suggested we just stand the fence back up with new posts rather than rebuild it - the wooden fence wasn't in that bad of shape. Mike said he would try to fix the soffit. Mike & Rita came back when they said they would and fixed the fence - it is now straighter than it ever was, and more sturdy. My roof is very steep and Mike tried to reach the soffit but couldn't, I appreciate Mike not trying to repair the soffit and risk getting hurt. I called a roofer to check the roof and fix the soffit. Mike knocked off the cost ($50) he estimated for the soffit repair. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. They did a great job for a good price when they said they would do it.
Description of Work: Had a some wind damage. It knocked down about a 12ft section of fence and damaged a roof soffit.

He explained what he was going to do and I was able to get the parts before they arrived. Mike and Rita arrived on time and completed the work quickly and expertly. Great people and experience. Good price and professionally done. We now have a local area handyman service.

+ -1 moreMike and Rita are excellent workers. I have had them do other projects in the past and they always get the job done professionally and quickly. They take the time to explain what they will be doing and always have the best estimates around. The prices they charge are very reasonable. I will continue to have them to work for me for my rental. The projects that they complete are always top notch and last a long time.
Description of Work: Removed Wall paper from bedroom and painted, had to sand and prime due to no primer on wall, touch up painting in other rooms, pressure washed my house, shed, sidewalks, and walkways, did touch up painting to columns in front of yard, and repaired hinges on one of my sheds. Repaired about 10 sprinkler heads and put donuts in to ensure that mowers in the future do not mess them up.
