All and all my wife and I are very pleased with the work! The carpenter that work on our project was the best. He was clean and his work ethic was tremendous, on time, an polite. There was no mistaken what work was going to be done from day to day Tim would explain the what his goals for the day and they were done. Todd and his staff were pleasant, they worked around my schedule which was very refreshing.

Todd Thomas and his team were great to have on board for my bathroom project. They communicated a lot and very clearly. There was someone on the job working on my project every day. You get what you pay for, and with Todd Thomas you are paying for a very high level of professionalism, impeccable attention to detail, and an extremely high quality build. We love our bathroom!

Patty and Jeremy were extremely professional and prompt with calling back, performing the estimate and providing a work estimate. However, we chose not to have Todd Thomas Home Improvements do the work because it was out of our budget. Our estimate did not include demo or the cost of the fixtures, vanity, toilet, etc. Price included framing, plumbing, drywall/cement board, and labor.

Todd and his crew did an excellent job with my interior home renovations. In the end, every surface (walls, floors, doors, even the ceilings) had an upgrade. Todd was patient and very accomodating with my schedule and desire to continue living in the home during renovations, agreeing to split the work into two phases. His crew were generally very tidy which meant I could come home and not have to deal with a full construction mess. Todd was also keen to see that everything met with my satisfaction. The real pleasure is to come home, enjoy, and relax in new surroundings.

Todd ‘s Team exceeded my expectations at every turn, The quality of their work was excellent and the coordination of all the trades was great. Todd was also was good at coming up with design ideas, and handling any problems that came up. Best decision I made concerning my move.

Mr. Thomas provided a through portfolio of references, licenses and providers. He met with us regarding our plans and provided design suggestions to help us achieve our goals and stay within our budget. Work was started on time and we were kept informed of the continuous work schedules. All providers and workers were considerate, congenial and quite competent. The job was completed well within the allotted time frame and to our extreme satisfaction.

Terrific. Some delay due to Hurricane Irma but Todd and his crew started up immediately after.

Let me start by saying we originally got a quote from TTHI Inc. in August 2017 to remodel a guest bath in our home. We were retiring and moving into the house on 10/1/17. Our intention was to sign the contract with them when we moved in. Then Irma hit in September. Our neighbors pool screen was torn off and landed on our roof during a confirmed tornado. It punctured our roof over the master bath and the lanai. Water intrusion took down the ceiling in both areas and soaked the master bedroom carpet. Still being in Maryland at the time, I called and asked if they could do the repairs ASAP and I would come down and meet with them and sign the contract for the remodel that we knew wasn't going to start until the end of November. They told me they typically don't do emergency work but agreed to do this for us. We met when I flew in to meet the insurance adjuster for our claim. They gave me a quote and agreed to be here the week we moved in to start the repairs. They had a demo crew in to remove any leftover drywall and insulation and take up the remaining carpet. They were back the next day to install the insulation, followed by new drywall, texturing, painting, and carpet installation. Everything came out perfect. You would never know there was any damage. Next up was the bathroom. Part of that project was to remove a window and cut out the block to install a new hurricane proof door. Our pool project had started and we wanted to have the door installed before the sidewalk to the door was put in so it would be lined up perfectly with the door. I asked if they could possibly install the door ahead of the rest of the project. No problem. They had it done well in advance of the sidewalk going in and you would never know it wasn't part of the original house The remainder of the project started sooner than anticipated. We were actually going on vacation the week it started. We set them up with keys and they started while we were gone. This project included the door, new floor tile, removal of bathtub and installation of a walk in shower with all new tile, bath fixtures, corner seat and frameless glass door. The work was completed last week and it looks amazing. We are completely satisfied with this project. Todd's crew were extremely professional. They did excellent work and left all interior and exterior work areas completely cleaned up at the end of each day. (This in stark contrast to the pool builder's employees who left a mess every day!) Todd was also on site himself numerous times during the project. I would also like to commend Todd's staff, Poject Adninistrator Patty and Estimator Jeremy. They were both a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend TTHI Inc. for any home improvement projects you may have. We will definitely use them for any future projects we do.

Todd and his crew are very friendly, professional, and competent. My only complaint and it is not really a complaint is that they are very busy and it took three months to get to my bathroom remodel, although there was an intervening hurricane during that time. The job grew from just enlarging the bathroom door and putting safety bars in the bathroom to a complete tearout and replacement of all fixtures and tile. This involved electrical, plumbing. painting, carpentry, and drywall work. The price was very competitive with the other estimates I had. What I really appreciated was they repaired the ceiling damage in August right after I signed the contract and months before the bathroom work, and just a few weeks before Hurricane Matthew. The other contractors who submitted estimates were more interested in doing the bathroom remodel than the ceiling repair. They started the Monday after Thanksgiving and were there every weekday until the job was finished on Wednesday, December 20. They were very responsive to any questions or requests I had. The costs grew as the job grew as I had several additions to the job such as a bathroom fan and a shower seat which my handicapped daughter requested and Todd was quick to accommodate. I am not able to download pictures right now but everyone who has seen the bathroom compliments how beautiful and modern it now looks (compared to the old late 60s bathroom it was), especially the tile work. Todd told me the job might take six weeks but they completed the job in a little over three and it was a nice Christmas present for my daughter. Todd and his crew are to be complimented for being very professional and efficient in all areas of the job and I would definitely call them again if the need arises.

Great! Todd has a very talented group of craftsmen working for him. They genuinely care about the project each one is tasked to do and all the work was done in a timely matter. There were aspects of this job where these men went above and beyond to get the job done to our satisfaction. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and will not hesitate to use Todd Thomas Home Improvements in the future. A big thank you to Todd and his crew!!!

Todd came out right away and discussed the job and options and was very quick with getting back to us with an estimate. Everything went smoothly and final cost was as quoted. Windows look like they have always been there. Brian did a wonderful job, was very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns.

The Todd Thomas Home Improvements crew arrived on-time every day and conducted themselves professionally. The crew cleaned up every day before leaving. I work from my home office and had minimal disruptions. There were no "mistakes" or "problems". The work was outstanding and the crew were respectful of our home. Despite the curiosity of our two cats, there were no incidents or escapes either. I would recommend Todd Thomas Home Improvements Inc. for any home project. This is the first time that we have worked with them and we'll certainly use them for any upcoming projects that we might have.

Todd, his project manager, Jeff, and their crew (Frank, Brian, Michael and others) were considerate, polite and accommodating. The majority of the work was done without us living in the home but they were available for questions and updates throughout the project that lasted approx 3 months as initially anticipated. Todd has connections w/ other local professionals that helped us design the kitchen, fabricate the quartz countertops, install tile and replumb the house that was originally built in 1979. All work was very professionally done. We are very pleased with the finished

It was very hard to find service providers to fix my home after the hurricane. I found him and he immediately returned my calls. He immediately gave me an estimate. He immediately came out and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He had a very competent, trustworthy professional crew, as well. This is the first time I've ever used a contractor and I've heard horror stories but this was overall an excellent experience.

Todd's excellent workmen are really very good at what they do! They responded to absolutely every one of our concerns promptly and fixed any issues with no pushback at all. This was a $50,000 remodel of a one BR condo. We believe you get what you pay for. If you want top quality work and are willing to pay for it, Todd Thomas is the company to use!

I called 10/3/2016 @ 11:12am, left a message, name, phone number and reason for call. Received no response at all.

Had a long wait for county to give permit. Once that was done work progressed well. The crew was professional, courteous, knowledgable. Their work ethic is superb. When i had a major disagreement with the A/C contractor, Todd Thomas stepped in and along with the A/C businessowner to correct the situation. Both of them have a policy of doing what is neccesary to make the customer happy. I am thankful to both of them. I would reccomend Todd Thomas.

Todd was very professional and his attention to detail and quality was very evident. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with our choice. No demolition and remodel is without a snag or two but Todd handled them well and kept us informed of any changes or modifications. We would definitely hire Todd again or recommend to any of our friends and family.

A week out I scheduled an appointment with Todd Thomas for (Thurs) 26 May 2016 at 10am. I providing my address, contact details & explained I needed his services to repair tiles in master shower at the earliest. Also asked for cost estimate for master tile remodel. On appointment day he contacts me approx 40 minutes late stating he is at the wrong address & asked if he could come after lunch. Weird when their already in the neighborhood. I said no problem. After waiting around the rest of the day with no return call & no show I ended up calling late afternoon to cancel. Very disappointed for wasting my time & with the customer service. I do not recommend this business.

Simply the best contractor I've ever used.

Todd and his team were outstanding to work with from the start. Todd quickly replied to my messages and came by as quick as he could to give a quote. We were moving soon and he made the repairs happen under a tight timeline. The work performed was outstanding and the technician was courteous and professional the entire time. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

During the initial visit, Todd provided great ideas on design to solve problems with the existing kitchen. His professional and kind manner made him easy to work with. He provided an estimate on price and time which he stuck to and each day the job site was cleaned up so living in the condo during the construction was as painless as possible. He was very patient with changes that we made during the job and was very easy to get a hold of with any questions we had. Communication with Todd during the job was very good. His attention to detail and great customer service ensures that he is the first person I will call for future projects.

Working with Todd was an absolute pleasure. He is a calm and reassuring presence in what can be a stressful process. Especially if, like me, you are not knowledgeable about construction and remodeling. Todd was the last of three contractors to provide us with an estimate. His knowledge and experience came across from the first moment he walked through our condo. Todd quickly assessed what the condo needed and had excellent suggestions and advice. He has a knack for aesthetics and thoughtful details that the other contractors didn't even think about or mention. He provides thorough quotes with detailed pricing. He was incredibly patient with us changing plans mid-project. Communication was always prompt, professional, and courteous. The price was fair considering the quality of the work and Todd's level of customer service. Todd will be the first person I call (or recommend) for future projects.
