Fixed the issue very quickly. Did complete inspection of the garage door, spring, cables, etc. They did not try to push replacing any of the 12-year-old components since they were still working fine. Nice to know a company is honest and doesn't try to sell you something that isn't needed yet.

One company said that I needed a new motor and the price would be $390. Rapid Garage was here in 10 minutes. They said I needed sensors, they installed them and they were so kind as to put a light bulb in the garage door for us. Our bill was $125. Very professional. IThey get an A+
