They were prompt in providing an emergency call on a Sunday. The price I was quoted, prior to starting the job, was a bit pricy but I had no problem with it due to it being a Sunday. My issue with the tech is that he asked for the opener manual to use in resetting the code......never said a word about charging an additional fee for resetting the code and added $65 to the bill for "programming". Had he asked my permission and told me up front it would cost $65 I would have done it myself. It took him less than five minutes and he hammered me for $65. Shameful!

I registered with Home Advisor to have a broken garage door spring replaced and was called within minutes by Rapid Garage Doors. I gave him the basic information on the situation and he was able to quote me a very fair price for parts and labor over the phone and said they could be at my house within an hour. I then checked them on Bing and read rave reviews from prior customers. I called back and the job was completed same day two hours after my original inquiry on Home Advisor. I am very happy overall with Home Advisor and Rapid Garage Doors and would recommend both. Thank you.

I thought they were awesome. I read so many rave reviews about them here in the comments section but saw that many of those people gave fewer than 5 stars. I don't get that. They were either great, or not so much. In my case they were great! He was wonderful and professional and did a super job replacing my garage door opener. He went out of his way to minimize the appearance of all of the wiring throughout the ceiling. I am THRiLLED.
