The women did a good job. I was impressed with the kitchen. The cleaners had car trouble so they could not get started as early as we had hoped. They were not able to finish before the movers arrived to bring in the furniture. I believe if everything had gone as planned, it would have been straight A's.

First time having a cleaning service in my home. The owner, Michelle, came through and did a thorough inspection of my home and then sent the ladies, Laura & Amy, to do the cleaning. My home has 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The ladies spent 4.5 hrs and cleaned the home top to bottom to include deep dusting of all the baseboards, window sills, blinds, ALL of the doors in the home, moped, washed all the bathrooms, dusted all of the lights and fixtures, as well as the home entertainment. EXCELLENT job and I will be using them again on a monthly basis.

I contacted Michelle, the owner, to ask about a deep cleaning of my house since I was moving out and wanted it to look great for the incoming folks we had rented our house to. She went over with me everything I wanted done and on May 13 her crew arrived and spent 5 hours cleaning the house top to bottom.....moving out kitchen appliances from the wall, cleaning all light fixtures, window sills, etc. etc. My real estate agent stopped by the house just as the girls were finishing up and told them she was surprised to still see them there since they had started in the morning. They explained to her that I wanted a thorough cleaning and it takes that amount of time to complete the job. My realtor was really impressed with how clean the entire house was and related this to me since I had already left the area. I would highly recommend Queens of Clean to anyone wanting a top to bottom clean house plus they also do lighter cleaning if that is what the client wants.

Janet and Laura arrived early due to a cancellation. They were very professional and asked if they should wait to come in or was it okay to start early. They cleaned my house, including great job on my floors and sliding doors. My gas stove top was especially shiny. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them. I have scheduled them to return on a monthly basis.

On June 10, 2014 I gave this company an A rating. In the last three months the service has severely declined. We initially had the service scheduled during days we were home after a few cleanings we changed the schedule as we did not feel they required supervision, we were wrong. My wife would often come home and find one or two small things that were overlooked, no big deal we are all human. About two months ago my we came home to a house was barely touched. After sending the owner pictures and detailed messages she promised to fix this and spoke to my wife extensively. The following visit was a good improvement and the cleaning was free. The next visit was even better. Today we came home to find that our entire guest bathroom was left untouched and floors poorly cleaned. With a toddler, a pregnant wife and two hectic work schedules we cannot afford this level of incompetency. We will no longer be utilizing this company for house cleaning.

Michelle is proactive at letting me know a timeframe when to expect the team to arrive and they do a good job of cleaning each time. The team members are careful as they move throughout the house and when there was one visit where a mishap caused some damage to a table; Michelle addressed the situation promptly and professionally and made up for the expense of the repair.

Fantastic service. Everything was done to perfection.

The first time I hired Michelle's women there was a problem with unreported breakage. Michelle more that made up for the mishap and has been sending a great team to our home when we request. a house cleaning. So I wish to retract my first rating and give Queens of Clean a 2 thumbs-up.

My husband I were very pleased with Janet and Laura's work. I used to clean houses myself so my expectations were high and they met them. Felt like I had two younger sisters coming in to my home to help out. They were fast and efficient also. Very pleasant personalities ...enjoyed their presence and am breathing a sigh of relief to have a clean house. I was always a neat nick and now that I can no longer keep my home clean I was almost heartbroken to have to ask for help. But I am so glad I did because these ladies did their work with such a spirit of helpfulness that I didn't feel guilty about getting help at all. Thank you so much. Awesome company!!!

The team was on time, very efficient and thorough. Compared to our last service, they are 100% better. We are satisfied!

Two women arrived at designated time. They cleaned as asked. WE had to clean up after them...spattering cleaning materials on electronics and the stove top...which we are unable to remove. Also emptied (or took) all the plastic bags we save for household chores...especially emptying the kitty litter box. Cannot find them anywhere. I will talk with the owner about these issues.

I called, liked the owner over the phone, and set up for them to come out and clean my home. The day of, the owner and a crew of 2 came out and the owner reviewed my home, walking through it "to see how clean it was" she then pointed out a cobb web on a light fixture above my dining room table and said "there are cobb webs, this house will need 5 hours to clean." She quoted me $225, which I though was pricey but went along with it since her crew was already there. She left and the crew of 2 women began cleaning. I left with my kids and returned 5 hours later to a house that was barely clean. they mopped, vacuumed and BARELY dusted and that was about it! I was very upset about it. The door that leads from my living room to my back porch is glass and still had my kids hand prints all over it! And the cobb web she pointed out to me to let me know it would take her crew 5 hours, was STILL THERE! Basically I got taken advantage of, and the owner never called to ask if I was satisfied. Terrible quality! Ill definitely not be using this company again.

Queens of clean (Betty & Loida) are always on time.Very thorough & always a great job.Price is fair will recommend to family/friends.

My wife contacted this company after our previous cleaning service became unreliable. Laura and Erica arrived within our one hour window and after a brief tour of our home quickly went to work. These ladies were efficient and cleaned our entire 2400 square foot home from top to bottom! Today I noticed they even took the time to clean the melted soap off of soap dishes, swept and vacuumed behind furniture. In addition, wiped light switches and cleaned base boards, things we haven't had time to do since becoming parents last year. Our home has never been cleaner, we look forward for their next bi-weekly visit.

Michelle and her team are great! They arrived promptly as promised and did a thorough deep cleaning of our home. For this initial visit, Michelle walked through each room of our home with me and we agreed on what needed to be cleaned and how it would be cleaned. The house felt clean and fresh when her team was done cleaning it top to bottom and I am scheduled for them to return for standard cleaning sessions going forward.

They did a very good job. They were very detailed and got to all the spots that they said they would cover. I was happy with the service and will continue to use them in the future.

Queens of Clean are amazing. They clean our entire home and I always look forward to the day they arrive. Whenever I come home I can immediately smell a clean house. THey are so organized and they do not waste anytime. THey pay attemtion to the details and clean the things that some cleaners forget like the slats of chairs, the blinds. They do it all! I have recommended them to friends and everyone is happy with their work. The best part is that we have been using them for a year and their quality is consistent. THey are an A+ in our book.

Michelle and her staff are amazing!! So professional and the results speak for themselves. The entire house was sparkling clean (and we have a multilevel single family home with 3 dogs- not an easy task)! Not only was it a great first deep cleaning but it was also so easy to maintain the cleaning after the initial deep cleaning. It was so nice to not have to worry about cleaning on my days off the Queens of Clean are now going to be at our home on a monthly basis.
