Star and Amy showed up on time on a hot and humid afternoon to clean my townhouse. The ladies did a good job on dusting, vaccuming and scrubbing the tubs. I would hire this company again. Since it's only 1 clean guy living here with no pets or kids, I guess a once a month deal is more than enough. Their price is pretty decent.

They have cleaned my house four times and do a thorough job. I recommend them.

I wanted twice weekly cleaning, laundry, and general housekeeping. I used Nora's service for a couple months hoping to work out the kinks unfortunately we were not able to do that. I believe that we just weren't able to get in sync about my overall requirements and I quickly became annoyed by not being able to count on having the same person or people on a regular basis.
When the cleaning was good it was very good; and when it was bad it was terrible. I will say that when I contacted Nora regarding a problem she was quick to respond; however that did not always result in my issue being resolved. My biggest issues were with the lack of cleaning consistency, the revolving door of people, and that my entire point was NOT to have to clean the house and yet I found myself doing just that, a lot. There were days I would come home and had to ask if they had come. My decision to change services came after having to spend an entire morning cleaning the house; a day and a half after they had been there. I understand that I have three people (sometimes 4 if my daughter is over) and a small (i am sure annoying) dog at home, but believe me no one is that messy. The last day of cleaning was another bad day.
I would have preferred to be told that they couldn't handle the more housekeeping related things that I need or even that they didn't want twice weekly. I was assured however by both Nora and several of the people cleaning that they could do what I needed.
I did not mark their rating down for not being on time because that wasn't something I care about personally; however for anyone that does care about a specific time, they weren't great about making it at a particular time. They did call or text me though. It is possible they knew that I was flexible so they were less concerned.

Nora, the owner, is extremely easy to work with. She is very flexible if cleaning days need to be changed or if the time of day the maids come needs to be changed. The pricing per visit goes down when the frequency goes up, naturally. We feel the pricing is very fair and competitive in the market place. They do an excellent job cleaning. My wife is very particular and they meet her expectations. They have never turned down any special request. The staff that does the work are very friendly and polite.
Over the years we have tried several different maid services and have found Coast to Coast Maids to be the best. The thing we like best is working with an owner that is very involved with her business. It is obvious she wants to please her clients.
I read the one review that gave Coast to Coast an and quot;Fand quot; grade and can only say we have never had any type of experience like that with this company. Any issue we have ever had was always cleared up with a simple phone call. My wife and I highly recommend this company.

I spoke with the owner, Nora. She was friendly and well-spoken. She was obviously knoweldgeable in her business and her well-trained team are the same way. She made my appointment for a few business days later. Nora and one of her employs cleaned the house that day. I was there so whenever Nora had a question about my preferences, she asked. There were a lot a things sitting around which had not yet found a home in our new house so it was not so easy to clean, but they did a great job. They cleaned and mopped, scoured bathrooms, and made the place shine. It smelled fresh and clean when they left 2 and 1/2 hours later.
Now, every two weeks, Sherri and Susan (the A-Team) appear to clean whatever I need cleaned around our house. Sometimes I am there and sometimes I am not. I just text Nora with any special instructions.
Sherri and Susan are a so cheerful and upbeat, and make cleaning seem like fun! Once, I got a bad case of the Norovirus and was in the hosptial. Two days after I was admitted, my husband had to leave for a planned business trip, A week later, I texted Nora and alerted her that we were both coming home and that I needed the whole house cleaned and disinfected. The ladies went to work and cleaned every surface so that there could not be a trace of the virus left to infect my husband or reinfect me or anyone else! That meant so much to me to have them to rely on and trust that it was done properly.
