Bruce. the owner, is excellent at communicating with his customers, a rarity in south Florida! He understands drainage, and can read the topography of your property with uncanny accuracy, sending unwanted rainwater where you need it to go. When you speak with him. you are talking with the owner, so he can make command decisions without having to clear it through multiple managers. WEB United cares that their customers are happy with their services, and it shows in their work

Excellent response and follow through. Attentive group and determined to get job done as to my wishes. Time and cost was underestimated due to yard needing more than originally thought. Drainage pipe, filling, grading, sloping and sod added. Great job and Bruce is a delight to work with. He responds quickly to calls, mail, etc, which I find rare these days! Highly recommend. Very professional and trustworthy. I spoke to Bruce and he directed me to Billy that was the welder. Billy called me on a Saturday afternoon and came right out. He had to weld an aluminum post and did it extremely well and professionally. Having been a mechanical contractor for approximately 35 years, I know a good welder when I can see his work and work habits. Billy is truly a keeper. Any time in the future if I need a professional welder W.E.B. United will be the first call. I will gladly refer them to anyone. Thanks Bruce and Billy for a job well done.

This company was a pleasure to work with. They came to look at the job the same day that I called them and started the next day. They showed up when they said they would and worked very hard. They did a great job. I would recommend them.

I hired this company to reslope my front yard for drainage. They made recommendations that I had not even thought of and at a very reasonable price. When rain stopped them for a few days they were in constant contact with me and even came out on a Sunday to complete what little work was left to do because there was rain in the forecast for the following day. I would definitely recommend this company.
