THE SERVICES PROVIDED WERE TILE REPAIR AND REGROUTING. THE PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY OF THE WORK WERE EXCELLENT. MY REGROUT SEALER HAS MADE MY ENTIRE HOME BRIGHTER. I cannot say enough about The Dream Team! I knew when I spoke with Tony that the job would be done right because of his professional and thorough explanation. His pricing was very reasonable as well. They arrived at 8:00 in the morning, and the four men on the team - on hands and knees most of the time - restored pitted and cracked tiles (4 tiles were actually replaced) to look like NEW in the kitchen and laundry room and 3 stepdown areas; regrouted ALL of the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room, hallway, and both bathrooms (including the tile surround in one shower); and repaired, regrouted and recoated the Mexican tile in the family room to look like it did the day it was installed 24 years ago!! It all looks so new and fresh, and they did it all in 7 and a half hours! They were even spoken of highly by another tile repairman who was unable to do my job because of distance. I would give them 10 stars if I could, because they went above and beyond expectations!

Tony and his team were very prompt and professional. They were on time for the initial meet / great / estimate as well as the job. Tony was able to get my job done within 2 days from the day we hired him. These reviews are the reason I hired him. The first impression of the Dream Team Tile Restoration Service was a lasting one as Tony called immediately to schedule an appointment and actually came out the same day to provide an estimate. Tony assured us that when he was finished, we'd be completely satisfied with the result. Boy was he right! His team arrived on time and did an amazing job on the tile as it has never looked so great! Tony and his team exceeded our expectations and we will look to Tony again when we do upgrades and need any tile work.

This is another family member writing their own personal review on the same project hired for g.g. The project was one of those master bathrooms that always kind of looked nice but decided one day to just go full zombie mode. The grout changed all kinds of horrible nasty colors and the tile became stained with what we guess is hard water stains. Cracks developed EVERYWHERE and the whole bathroom looked like an disaster area from a science fiction movie. The whole thing was unhygienic and disgusting and the possibility of water threatening to enter one of the several cracks and cause interior water damage was nerve wracking. The whole entire bathroom was akin to a persons leaky cracked up greasy heart who gave up on taking care of themselves and gorged on fast food every day for several years. After checking out a few different people and hearing some insultingly awful rough estimate prices, we found the dream team. Cons: none Pros: Excellent fair prices, These were the nicest people who were also clean and polite in every way. These people cared about every single detail and didn't give up until we were satisfied and even came back and fixed a few small things that several people in the room all missed (fault of nobody since we all missed them really) They changed a dying sad wreck of a bathroom into a pristine shining restored masterpiece, which in turn made me want to leave a review so enthusiastic that it sounded like a frankenstien mish mosh of a bad tv infomercial and a crazy movie trailer. the dream team gave me good vibes that would have made obi-wan-kenobi sense a disturbance in the force. they are the batman of tile restoration. I just can't believe how good they are, and I didn't believe people like this could even exist on such a flawed blue rock hurling through space. Prices: extremely honest and fair Standard of quality: more than what you paid for This company doesn't operate by charging alot of money for one poor job every rare once in a while. They operate by charging extremely fair prices on HUGE amounts of jobs (which they keep getting because of their excellent reputation) and they bring the quality more than I have seen anyone "bring it" before in any bathroom related job in my life. I hope that by giving this honest review that I can both help other people who actually want a legitimate company that is more of a family and a team than they are a "corporation", as well as make sure that I reinforce the good reputation of the dream team. I want them to be incredibly successful and I want them to stick around as long as the world spins. the dream team is not only restoring tile and grout, but rather by simply existing they are restoring the standard of craftspersonsship, honesty, and quality that has just been watered down over and over again.
