They had the drying equipment and the dehumidifiers with them on their truck and placed them right away. They told me it would take about 3 days to make sure everything was dry. When they returned to pick up the equipment, they checked the walls with a moisture meter to make sure.
That same day, my outside wall was patched. He matched the stucco up so well that one could not tell there was ever a hole there. Another worker replaced the carpet and everything was back to normal.
Being in Florida, leaks can be a major problem if not treated properly. ie..mold, etc. It is nice to know that if it ever happens again, I can call Recromax and they will take care of it.
I would highly recommend Recromax for any type of remediation. In fact, after talking to Andrew, I will be contacting them to do some remodeling projects as well. They are clean, professional and fair in their pricing.
