DOORS-N-MORE

One of the springs on my metal frame garage door broke on a Monday afternoon. I called 3 companies (on Angie's List ) to get estimates and availability. Doors-n-More quoted me a competitive price and after juggling their schedule was able to send a technician to my house the following morning. The schedule window was from 9am - 11am. The technician, Rick, called about 8:45 to advise me he was on his way and arrived a little past 9:00. He went right to work; removed the old springs, installed the new ones, lubricated them and tested the door's operation several times. He was very careful not to rub against or scratch my vehicle which was parked in the garage at the time. After installing the new rings, Rick adjusted the tracks, tightened some bolts and checked the chain on the door opener to make sure all was in order. He even tightened a loose cable and brushed away some cobwebs which were festooning the upper corners of the door. Despite a brief period of "banging" while the work proceeded,( which was a little unnerving at the time); when he was finished the garage door opened and closed more smoothly and quietly than before. All in all a most satisfactory job from start to finish . The only complaint, a very minor one, is that he removed a competitor's label from the wall and replaced it with his own without asking permission. I might have needed the information on that tag at another time.

Came punctually. answered all questions. Told me what minimum needed to be done and what else i could do to maintain longer life of door. was very honest.

Doors-N-More was very professional and good. The estimate was higher so that is why I went with somebody else. The only people I called for estimates is if they had an A+ with the Better Business Bureau and good remarks on Angie's List and that is why I called them. They were very nice and courteous. I called and somebody called me right back and they showed up on time.

He got my garage door working again. I didn't need another large bill at this time. It has been working fine since he repaired it. We decided he was the closest to us and looked the best from the listings. He was extremely polite and seemed knowledgeable. He gave us options and we took the one we wanted. He did an excellent job, and the door is still working many months later. It literally saved us a lot of money at the time.

Our garage door hasn't worked well when it gets below about 75 degrees for several years, and lower temperatures came earlier this year so it bothered us more than usual. We used Angie's List to find someone to finally fix it. They would have sent a repairman the day after we called, but we set the appointment a day later than that. The Doors-N-More office called to tell us the repairman was on his way, and he arrived soon after. He was very professional and did a great job fixing the door. The bill was very reasonable, to have the door working reliably, and less than we'd been afraid it might be. They couldn't have done a better job for us, and we recommend them highly.

They provide very good service. They were very good and did a lot extra stuff for free. They were very helpful and their price was good. Their price was cheaper than every other quote.

They were good. They were close, convenient and they did it really fast. They do what they say they would and it's a good company to work with.

I made an appointment for a 2-hour appointment window for the next day. The representative called before heading over towards the beginning of the appointment window. Repairs where made in under an hour. The representative suggested a part that added about $5 to the bill that is supposed to prevent staining to the garage door which my wife approved.

It went fine. The repair person arrived at the very beginning of the window we were given (i.e., arrived promptly), went to right to work, and when I checked back with him about 20 minutes later, our door was back to working perfectly.

Repaired with rollers and explained why in time, the problem would return and at some point a new garage door would be needed. Gave me information, but seemed willing to wait until I was ready to make the move to a completely new door.

One of the latches on our garage door broke. They came out, fixed it with my husband's help, and only charged for a short visit. It was fixed and working fine in a matter of 15 minutes.

They were the cheapest people on the list and they did a wonderful job.

They arrived a little earlier than their appointment (15 min). They finished the job quickly (in 45 minutes). They did not replace any more parts than necessary. Although there was a trainee that came along he only observed and did not do any of the work (which I appreciated). I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The work was good. There were no issues and no complaints. They were quick to respond and the quality of work they did was good.

Fourteen year old garage door died. Had used company in past to replace broken spring. Called about garage door opener or repair. Service tech came to house as schedule. Decided to replace opener with new unit. Work was done in a few hours.

On time - made sure I was satisfied with the work performed.

Spring broke this morning, used Angie's List to find repair company. Called in the morning, company said they could have someone by this afternoon. Tech arrived on time and did repairs.

I called Doors-N-More on Monday and scheduled the time for Thursday since I would be off. Rick arrived 15 minutes early but called first. He placed the broken spring and adjusted the roller channel. I additionally asked him to replace the rollers and cables even though they technically were functional. Rick was very personable, knowledgeable, and quick. You could tell he knew what he was doing. I would suggest that anyone that has not had their garage door open for some time, give Doors-N-More a call. It is quite painless and inexpensive.

Great company to work with. Called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were prepared to send someone yet that afternoon since our double door would open. However, I had them wait to come until the next morning because it was better for my schedule. The service technician called before arriving and was finished within the two hour window I was originally given. The cost was as I expected and all work was completed to my satisfaction. These particular garage doors have never run quieter. Great work.

This is my second experience with this company. They were very prompt to respond, the equipment is very good and the installer is extremely knowledgeable, quick and left the site as clean as he found it. If I need garage door service again, I will certainly be using this company again, too.

We called them and luckily a service man was in the area on another service call. He was able to come to our place after his call to assess the problem. We were prepared to have to purchase a new opener, but he told us that we wouldn't need that since the problem was just a stripped gear. He quickly fixed it and was on his way in no time.

I was able to quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The service technician was punctual and quickly fixed some issues that I did not report without asking for additional money. When Doors-N-More left, my garage door and opener were in much better shape.

Contacted company late afternoon and appointment was set for next morning. Called and showed up as promised. He was very knowledgeable and had parts on hand. He completed the installation, oiled spring and made other adjustments also. Left the site as clean as he found it. I was very impressed.
