It's hard to find contractors in FL that will stick with the job. SCR has a work ethic like no other I encounter anywhere. They come when they say they will, they call if they can't. I was in contact with Mark, owner of SCR, every step of my patio construction. My patio is BEAUTIFUL! When a little glitch turned up, Mark made a suggestion. I always followed his lead since he is the professional and does this job day in and day out. He was always right! I would recommend Mark for his dedication to his job, his availability to answer any question, his professional work. I had 4 other estimates for this patio job. Mark was the only one that was the professional and treated me with respect. Mark didn't "talk down" to me and walked me step by step with what would happen in my patio construction. I am so glad I hired Mark and SCR. You will never go wrong with Mark. THANK YOU MARK for a well done job! I am so pleased with my patio and had many, many compliments on how beautiful it looks. I told Mark my patio is "elegant" and I feel like I am on a cobblestone street in Paris.

Mark is a true professional, knows what he is doing and does it very, very well. He applied a coating to our garage floor. He stated that the process would take three days, that he would be on site each morning at 9:00AM. In spite of hurricane warnings and heavy rains, he showed up every day as promised. Doing what you say, when you say you will do it and for the amount of money quoted seems to be an unusual trait these days. Not for Mark! He has my unqualified recommendation.

Using my own circular saw with a concrete blade, I had to cut a small one square foot piece off the pathway. I only needed to cut 2 lines about a foot long because the edges butted to the driveway, and lawn edge. My blade didn't cut deep enough and I needed to call someone with larger equipment to finish the 2 cuts. I paid the $60.00, but was dissappointed with the high price just to recut 2 lines a foot long. The job was easy, and small and done in a professional manner. No complaints about the job.

My patio & pool deck surface was a product of 1989 w/cracks dimples, low spots & several coats of bad paint jobs. I told Mark what my concerns were & his solutions covered all. The work was done quick and professionally by a great & competent crew. I am more than satisfied w/the finished product. Pricing was less than I had expected as the outcome and my NEW pooldeck & patio has exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the service, the work and highly recomend Mark and his crew and their services to anyone.

Mark did a great job with repairing my pool deck and laying new pavers! His team and him were always on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional. He was thorough in explaining everything he was going to do, in pricing, and there were not any hidden extra charges at the end! Mark went above and beyond in every aspect!! If you need something done, hire Mark--I know I will if I have another concrete project!

BUYER BEWARE!!! We hired Mark and his crew (SCR) to remove epoxy from our garage floor and re-epoxy it. They did a good job. As a result we hired him to place pavers in our driveway. This was 4 years ago. Shortly after the pavers were put down they started cracking. Mark came out a few times to replace the cracked pavers but then started to have many excuses and wouldnâ t come out to replace subsequent pavers. In October, 2019, we talked with two professional pavers and a paver supply company. We learned that the pavers placed in our driveway were too thin and were intented for walkway areas and not driveways. We also learned that driveway pavers should not be placed over concrete. As the consumer and not the professional we were not aware that industry standard was to remove concrete. Also, Mark orginally over estimated the square footage of pavers needed for the job. When we explained to him our square footage calculation he became irritated and arrogant but agreed to use our figure which saved us several thousand dollars and in the end we had pavers left over. We sent Mark a letter in February, 2020, addressing all of our concerns and told him we would be placing a negative review on the internet. We did not hear back from him. In the end we hired a professional paver to remove our entire driveway and put down the correct size pavers costing us quite a bit of money. However, our driveway now looks beautiful.

Mark explained the scope and sequence of his proposal. He advised us of progress, with pictures, at every step while we were out of town. We returned to a beautiful garage floor! His attention to detail was outstanding. We would recommend Surface Cleaning & Restoration, LLC without hesitation. Thanks to Mark and his crew!

No one knows concrete like Mark. He is very thorough and explains every step of the process. His price was a little more than a competitor but he included so much more! Even cut two additional expansion cracks without charge. I could not be happier. The driveway us holding up extremely well.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job resurfacing our pool deck and putting a finish on our garage floor. They were professional and knowledgeable, and took the time and effort to do the job exactly as we wanted it. They take a lot of pride in their work and settle for nothing less than perfection. In spite of weatherdelays the job is perfece. My home went from the ugly st driveway to the prittyst. Workers were friendly and cleaned up completely after completion of the job. Could not be happier.
