I cannot say enough good things about the team of 4 men who did the move. They were professional, did an excellent job packing up the furniture and fragile items (glass tops to tables, mirrors, etc.) and worked efficiently. They were pleasant and helpful throughout the move despite the fact that they had to load and unload the truck and then go back for additional items. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was not thrilled with some of the fees, particularly the cost of packing items; this brought the overall cost higher than I was expecting. But overall, I am satisfied with their service.

Absolutely flawless move from Miami to Key Largo. Vince and his team of 3 arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The team was very professional, friendly and pleasant. Our move was perfectly completed with no issues. Everything arrived perfectly with no broken or damaged items. Excellent communication before, during and after the move. I highly recommend Super Team Moving.

This company barely deserves a 1 out of 5. I would NEVER hire them again or recommend them. Several reasons why I give this rating: they showed up 90 minutes late, the employees barely speak English, the movers were SLOW as molasses, I paid for 3 movers and felt like I got 1, the senior mover and the boss of the company threatened to NOT UNLOAD THE TRUCK AT DESTINATION UNLESS I PAID THEM FIRST. They only accept cash check or zelle, no credit card. They jeopardized my entire moving day and WE had to pick up the slack by recruiting friends to help and make our moving window deadline (moved into and out of big buildings). The most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They literally held items hostage until I paid them. They also tried to jack up the final price from the initial quote by almost 2x.

Vince and his 2 coworkers on time efficient and very careful with wrapping of all items so that everything was undamaged. I would completely recommend and use Super Team again.

Despite turning up late owing to a burst tire the 3 man Team cracked on with packing & wrapping very competently. No breakages. All good service from a very pleasant cheerful team. Would recommend.

Started with 1 truck and 2 men, ende4d up with 2 trucks and 3 men. 100. per truck and 100. per hour for 2 men. Total bill ended up to be 2700.00. Move was 86 miles so I expected to pay for the travel time without question. Overcharged for supplies. Have left message requesting a copy of receipt that he did not leave me. NEED RECEIPT.

I hired this group because of the reviews that I read. After my experience, I began to suspect that the reviews on here are rigged. I signed up for two men, and they were the SLOWEST movers that I've hired in my life! My apartment contained little as I just moved to Florida. All they had to move were a sofa, tv, tv stand, a dining table with 2 chairs, 2 stools, 1 bench, 2 bed frames, 2 mattresses, a dresser, 2 small end tables, 1 floor lamp, 5 small boxes and three suitcases with rolling wheels. It took them three hours to pack and load them up the truck (I was on the ground floor in a garden style apartment) as they wrapped each furniture like some Egyptian artifact in a museum. Worse, one guy's phone kept ringing and he would answer and talk. The other guy then slowed down packing, waiting for the other guy to finish. The apartment was only 15 minutes to the house I was gonna move into. But it took the guys ONE HOUR to get to the house! They kept missing the entrance despite instructions when we left the apartment. I didn't have the whole day! Maybe they were taking their sweet time because the job was by the hour. It was a nightmare! BTW, if you're paying with a credit card, be prepared to have cash anyway in case their system goes down on move day. This, I was told on the second hour of the job. The supervisor said he wanted to work with me, but he was asking for Zelle or money order or cashier's check. All three needed that you have cash in your bank account, so he doesn't know what he was talking about. I asked that they could run my credit card when their system is up, but he said they needed to be paid after the service. Was it my fault that their system went down????

Be specific with what you need help moving so there are no surprises.

Super team moving is really the best moving of all the calls I received to move my bakery equipment. They were updating you as time proceed . They even move my equipment and material plus furniture in the heart of hurricane Ian . Some of my appliances was to large for my entry way and those 4 guys act as a real super team to make it happen. I strongly recommend this company for you move . To say I am disappointed is an understatement. It is such a different experience I was expecting from the conversations leading up to the move-in. Just a list of issues I have with the service. - work started at 10:15. Work was scheduled to start at 9:00am per the contract. - 4 hours into a 5-hour contract, I called multiple times to check on where the team was in the moving process and tell them to stop wherever they were in the process to make sure that they were not going to go over the allotted time. However, I was unable to get in touch with them for 2 hours. I finally had my wife drive to the apartment where they were still in the process of moving. When I explained to John that I had been trying to contact him he said he was working and did not see my calls. When asked if he was going to charge me for the time he said yes. I told him to stop immediately and head to my new place to not get additional charges. - when they finally arrived at the new house an hour later, I was told that I had to pay cash upfront (over 2 times what I had been quoted) before unloading my things and was being charged for 9 hours. I was told that it was company policy that I had to pay cash. That is stated nowhere in the contract. When I pointed out that cash payment was nowhere in the contract and that to ask me to come up with over $2,000 cash when what we had agreed to was less than $900 was unreasonable, I was then told that I could not pay with credit card because the machine was broken. We argued about this for an hour, all the while holding my items hostage and delaying the time I could put my child to sleep. I asked to speak to an owner or manager but was denied. Apparently none was available. - miraculously he was able to find someone to change my credit card. Since we were now several hours later than expected my father and I helped to move the things ourselves to expedite the process. - To add insult to injury Once I was finally able to set up my TV it was broken. I was just going to let it go because the team did a solid job wrapping everything but the damaged TV is a bridge too far. This will be the first negative review I leave for any business I have worked with. Such a disappointment.

There are a few things that this company is not upfront about. Hidden fees. They damaged some of my items without any compensation or remedy. I chose Super Team Moving and Storage, LLC because the price was seemingly reasonable compared to other companies that gave me quotes. They quoted $100/hr at a minimum of 3 hours +$100 for truck rental (Total $400). When they arrived all my things were packed but they insisted on putting my smaller boxes into bigger boxes that I had to pay for to make the move faster. When we got to the second location I was told I had to pay before they unload the truck. Then I was told on the spot that they add an additional charge of 2 hours ($200) to the quote for unloading and that I would be refunded if all the time is not used. Wish I knew this beforehand. They charged me $697. Way more than original quote. The movers used hand trucks to unload the truck and were pretty much done before 1 of the additional hours was complete. Then suddenly they started bringing in things one by one by hand to draw out the time. Because of this they finished unloading in 1 hour and 7 mins and I was charged the full 2 hours. Another thing they will not tell you is that they charge for a full hour after 5 mins. Very behavior and unfair to the customer. They control the time and will milk it. Then the following day when unpacking I found that my items were poorly packed in the larger boxes and a few things were damaged. The same boxes I had to buy that were claimed to make the move faster. I messaged Sydney who admitted that the boxes were poorly packed but then stopped replying after I asked what can be done about it. For these reasons, I can not recommend this company. Too shady. I do not see why they just could not be upfront about the pricing so I could have made an informed decision on which company to choose.

Sidney and his team were awesome. Punctual, efficient, respectful and straightforward. No surprises with hidden fees and all other BS you usually have to deal with when hiring movers. Highly recommend and will use them again! Thank you!

The move itself went very well. The movers were extremely professional. They arrived on time. They also took their time in making sure that the few items of furniture that were being transported were well protected. The process of scheduling the move did not go as well. It was extremely disorganized. When I confirmed the move by telephone, I was told that they had scheduled the move for a different date. That was incorrect since I had the e-mail confirmations to Super Team Moving and to the Condominium Association (HOA) Management. I had also had to send several e-mails to Super Team Moving to confirm that the proper documents had been submitted to the HOA, to include the proof of insurance and a copy of the business license.

This moving company has to be the worst moving company I have ever came across I hired them to do a job and did not do the job in complete for whatever reason. The only good thing the company has is the worker Raul this dude really busts his butt to get the job done although the help he was sent with did not want to do much and let Raul do the job mostly alone. On top of the fact one of my beds is broken when I realized after they left And still try to charge me $800 almost 900 For an incomplete job because they did not ensemble my bed after they had confirmed twice they were. The owner of this company is Sydney and he is completely unprofessional hung up the phone on me twice after trying to explain to him how was upset at the service that was provided that was incomplete. He said there was nothing he can do and it was my problem the fact that my bed could not be put back together. Do not use these people the owner is completely unprofessional and does not like to help any of the clients When I complain is given the job is incomplete. I do not understand how Sydney is in business or why Anji list would provide their services. I am completely appalled I would never use them again I recommend everyone on here stay away.
