Initially the service went well. Daniel brought two non-English-speaking workers to our home, and acted as the translator to provide basic cleaning instructions. The initial fee was $200.00, and a weekly cleaning fee after the initial cleaning was agreed at $130.00. The work performed was adequate, but was not criticized as this was the first visit to our home. 12 hours prior to our next scheduled cleaning Daniel sent me an email saying he would not be coming, because the amount to be paid was not enough! No discussion about adjusting the fee, no advanced notice at all. When I responded and asked him about this his very unprofessional response was "next time don't be so cheap"! This man and his company are unprofessional and unethical. In hind-sight I question the legal status of his employees and what they are paid for their work. I would encourage anyone reading this review to think twice prior to hiring this company for any service.
