Hired Jay to powerwash exterior of the house to prep for sale. The final result was incredible. I can hardly believe he was able to get the gutters so clean. He also did the roof, walkway, and porch. He is mildew and lichens worst enemy. He delivered on everything he said he would do. Showed up early and left the place spotless. He's earned the great reviews. Price was better than the neighbors company who were doing the same thing. Easy to work with.

Be prepared; Jay showed up over 1/2 hour ahead of time to set up and stared work well before suggested appointment time. That sure beats waiting around for a handyman to show up, later than expected. Vinyl siding always looks blinding in sunlight after a power wash, and all the green stuff was gone. A bit of delay in getting back to me, because he was delayed up north. Only gave lower rate on value for money, as this was more than I'd paid in the past, but prices everywhere are going up.

Came right away to give us an estimate and completed the job over a holiday weekend. We had a pile of mold on our roof that was inches thick. It took him 5 hours but he did a great job and he is a nice guy.

My house was power washed. Jay was able to remove mold and dirt where other companies had failed.
