Steve and his crew of Micheal and his partner did a great job. They repaired drywall, painted and laid over a 1000 sq.ft. of porcelin tile. I have had many comments from neighbours about what a great job they did. Everyone loves the tile work. I would hire them again if the need arose.

The business owner met with me the same day I called and provided a cost estimate of a rather lengthy list of things that needed attention in the house recently purchased by my daughter. Work commenced two days after our meeting and was completed promptly and professionally by the work crew. I highly recommend this company.

They were prompt in answering/returning my call. They were professional. They ended up replacing the garage door and did explain why mine could not be repaired and replaced the garage door with a higher quality of door and made sure I was pleased with the end product which I was. I even had the company do another repair for me. Very pleased with the service and the people that work for the company.

I checked the reviews here and then requested contact which they did very quickly. Steve actually came the same day as the request. He made recommendations based upon our true needs and did not try to up sell. His price was very fair and when his team arrived promptly they were very professional. They removed the old door, replaced it and motor, trimmed it out, programmed the remotes and home buttons in the cars in a little over 5 hours. They cleaned up and removed all debris. We paid exactly what he quoted- no surprises. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steve, the owner called me within 45 minutes of my posted request. We had a clear discussion about the problems with my garage door opener. He gave an approximation of the charge I could expect and indicated that John, his technician would be here the next morning at 8AM. John arrived promptly at 8AM on Saturday morning ready to fix my problem. He made his repairs and adjustments very quickly, programmed my car remotes and was ready to go. The invoice was within the estimated amount and there were no up-selling pressures. John provided lots of good information and very professional service

Fast and effecient

Arrived on time, a Saturday but no week-end extra charge. Adjusted and lubricated the tracks. Found the 15 year old electronics was no longer working, so a new opener was required. Arrived early Monday morning and had the installation completed in about 45 min. The new opener is nice and quiet. The Cost was not more than expected.

Steve and his crew were amazing! They did excellent work replacing damaged soffit and fascia wood/painting on our roof and we would highly recommend them. The price was right and the quality of service was exceptional. We are so pleased! I seldom give 5-star ratings but Steve deserved it and more!

A little expensive for the labor - trip charge plus hourly rate, but the guy was prompt, quick and professional.

Steve came on a Sunday morning to give me an estimate, and the work was completed by Tuesday afternoon. The repaired area looks great! We will be using them again for other repairs at our home.

Could not be happier with the results of this job. Very quick response by Area Wide. Had a carpenter the next day who installed a 6ft vinyl piece of fence to complete the existing fence to my property line. This job was slightly complicated because of the location and this carpenter completed the job with expertise and it looks great.

Steve called me less than an hour after I posted on Home Advisor. This was on a Thursday. He said he would have a man out here 9 a.m. on Friday. James was at the door just after 9 a.m. although it was pouring rain out. He worked carefully and diligently for 3 hours installing my new garage door opener. He explained everything to me. Steve came out in the middle of the morning to check how the work was going. Altogether I am very happy with Area-Wide.

Job was performed improperly but upon phone calls the owner did rectify the issues and I am satisfied.

Nice door but he didn't take all of the old door away - found some pieces in the ourside room...
