Quick response. Had to go to a store to find the necessary part. Good result. Haven't cleaned after finishing the job.

Steve called quickly and had a tech on-site within an hour. Tech returned within a few hours w/glass to fix my sliding door. He upgraded to a thicker piece of glass at no charge because the original spec wasn't available.

My service tech was very courteous and polite. He explained to me what he was going to do before starting the job. After getting into the job he found that he didn't have the correct parts with him so he had to go back out to get the correct parts which I found impressive because he chose to do it the proper way. My sliding glass door is so smooth now, I can open it with just one finger!! Thank you Area Wide Door and window Systems! I will definitely spread the word about the good service I received. Well worth the money which by the way was very reasonable.

My job was a small rescreening on my balcony. My service rep was prompt, friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Customer service was excellent as well and worked my small job in between bigger jobs in my area so I didn't have to wait. I am very pleased.

Steve and his guys were wonderful to work with and arrived on time for my window screening job! They did an excellent job on my screens and were very neat and picked up everything when they were done. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to my friends. I will call them in the near future about getting a new sliding glass door.

After agreeing to a price and time frame (week) they failed to show up (or call) to do the job. I asked them to return a sample piece of facia they had taken... said they would but again, didn't return my property.

I had a new garage door installed. They were very efficient and it didn't take that long. I was very pleased.

Robert was on time and was very professional. I also decided to have him add another opener for a reasonable price

Steve and his crew are great to work with and their suggested product is quality. I have had my garage door up now for 2 years and no problems. Still looks like new. Sliding door is perfect and beautiful as well. I will call on his company again if needed for sure.

Steve worked around our schedule which sometimes was very late a nights and even during the weekends. Great work.

I was called almost immediately and given an approximate price. They came within a half hour, we agreed on the price and they went to work right away. This included some do's and don'ts about garage doors and maintenance. Steve was professional and pleasant to deal with. The result was what we sought to accomplish.. and this on a Saturday.... I let them place a sticker on my garage door because I would definitely use them again! Lastly they also do other types of repair and maintenance which is a plus.

I was told that the parts had a life time warranty and that the company would email me the fact sheet but to this date I have not received it. The owner (Steve Rutherford) also emailed me asking if everything was OK. I ask him also for the copy of warranty but again he has failed to provide one.. In my younger days your word was a bond, but the word of today's business owners doesn't mean anything !

I made the request online and got a call almost immediately. This was on a Sunday. Quoted me a price and advised availability. I scheduled the repair. Company arrived on time, performed the work needed at the price quoted. Very happy with the performance and professionalism. Other companies should follow their lead.
