Replaced slider rollers and added a new track cover. It took a couple of visits to complete the work since the rollers had to be special ordered. Work was completed to my satisfaction, and installer was knowledgeable and efficient. Slider repair pricing is higher than I would expect, but I was provided a accurate quote before work began.

My rating of 4 on price is only because when I had this work done over 10 years ago, the cost was significantly less. A little bit of sticker shock but when I look at the time/materials involved, I really didn't have a problem. The Owner phoned me with in minutes of my HomeAdviror inquiry and set an appointment for a Saturday morning. He did not have the parts on his truck, so we re-set for the following Monday at 11AM. Early that morning I called him to ask if we could move to anytime after noon. Not A Problem. His technician arrived @ 1, new exactly what was needed and how to correct it. (2 sliding doors ~ both needing new tracks and rollers. 1 door is located behind accordion style hurricane shutters.) Excellent job all around and I would definitely recommend Area-Wide Door & Window Systems.
