Fast service, easy transaction

Started in beginning of April when I made down payment on doors. It was finally installed at the end of August. This company does crappy work, they're not reliable. Two of the guys seem to know what they're doing and the other 4 do not. The owner of the company is a lot of blow and no go.

In speaking with the office personnel and the owner himself they were always professional and courteous. Kept me informed of any scheduling changes and reasons for them and they worked around my availability. The installers were experienced and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They explained everything they were doing and why, and gave me complete instructions in the proper use and maintenance of my garage door. When the project was completed they cleaned the area and asked if I had any more questions. I’m very satisfied at this time.

Always ask for the least expensive option. Steve is very responsive to this approach. When I told him my door to by balcony didn't shut properly, he suggested that it would need new rollers, an expensive job. When I asked him if possibly the door's rollers needed only an adjustment, he said, "Oh, that's all you want?" And the price dropped dramatically. I was really pleased and the guy who came to do the adjustment was very capable and did it in 15 minutes.

It was easy, they were prompt. Everything went smoothly.

So impressed with the communication and professionalism of this company! The owner called minutes after I submitted the request and sent out his crew the next day to accommodate for my schedule. Coyote the best tech ever called 30 minutes out followed by his office to let me know they were on the way. I had a difficult (old) piece of hardware to find and Coyote told me he knew a place that might have it and after searching the warehouse found the pieces we needed to accomplish the job. Our doors slide like butter now and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Will definitely hire again for future jobs!
