Project: Repair sash balancers in two windows. The repairs were great, technicians very pleasant. Customer Service needs improvement as it was difficult to connect and get the work scheduled.

Ours was a small window repair of sash balancers for two windows. They do return calls but it takes them a while to respond with sending someone out as they appear to be super busy. Quality of work is great . Wewill use them again!

They installed new rollers on my glass doors and they work better now then when they were new. If I have any more work to be done on any of the other doors I will call them.

Our Association needed to replace all the rollers around our indoor pool. It did take awhile to get the rollers but Steve kept me updated. The work was done by Coyote and his son Shane who were a pleasure to work with.
