When setting up the appointment, Mr. Magnifico pointed out which of his Angie's List coupon offerings would provide me the most savings. As the company owner, he was also the person who does the lock set installation. Not only was he very punctual, he was very gracious in waiting to access my door way since painting contractors were competing for the same work space. He had all the right tools to work on a hurricane door, which is made up of some sort of plastic material that I was unprepared to work on myself. By the time he finished, my deadbolt operated at a level of smoothness I have never experienced in any other door I've had....... and given my age, that's a heck of a lot of doors. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised and I still get a chuckle about it every time I go to unlock the door. Guess you don't fully understand the benefit of a professional installation until you finally have one done. Mr. Magnifico was truly magnifique! He's going in my electronic rolodex for future needs.

He came by to lubricate the tumblers inside the lock. He even made me a new set of keys.

I bought the deal for $39 house call + 10% off. James arrived on time and worked for about two hours, Because we were going from a 2 piece lock to a 1 piece lock, the job was more complicated than normal. He had to build up a piece of the door to make everything fit. He did a great job, was neat and extremely pleasant! He only charged me for 1.5 hours less the 10%, despite all his hard work,

Lock works better now then before it broke

Jim arrived exactly when he was supposed to, started on work we discussed earlier by phone, and when I arrived, he was rinished. He made an excellent suggestion to my lock system, and I will use him again without fail.

,From the first contact, Magnifico Locksmith was excellent. Answered the phone promptly, spoke to me re the problem and scheduled an appointment. He told me that he was on a big job but told me he would call if delayed. Along the way he was delayed, however he CALLED as promised, to let me know, outstanding! And later called again to give me status of his arrival time, excellent customer service! Mr. Magnifico worked the problem through resolution, and in addition, without asking, adjusted other issues on the door which was not part of the initial problem. I would definitely recommend him.
