Tampa Bay Pest Managment is the best company I have used for treating both my business and home. They have solved an issue two larger companies were not able to effectivly treat. I am THRILLED with the results. They are professional, punctual, and thorough in their treatments.

As usual Kurt and crew did an efficient job. He is very punctual and always calls prior to arriving. We went through numerous pest control companies since moving back to Tampa Bay and all were found to be very unreliable and unprofessional. Kurt is just the opposite and we will continue to utilize his services.

Kurt is wonderful, We were afraid to call for an exterminator because we have an elderly grandmother that can not leave our home, and also have chickens in our yard. He was extremely professional and very sensitive to our situation. We are very happy with his services.

Kurt and Dave took time to go around in and out of the house to search for the ants and determine what type they were. They put down multiple types of pest control. Because of the large infestation right off of our patio, he gave us a realistic goal of 3-4 days for all ants to be gone. That goal was exceeded as we only saw 2-3 ants the following day and none after that!! We are very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. We signed up for a quarterly service for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Tampa Bay Pest Management!

Initial response from Angies list was very prompt. Answered all my questions and took an appointment. Showed up exactly per the appointment. Explained what he and a helper were gong to do. entire service time was approximately 30 minutes then sat down and explained follow up and answered any questions I had also took credit card on the spot and made a follow up appointment for early December. Very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend the use of this exterminator. I am extremely happy with the service from this referral from Angie's List.

Kurt came and gave a written estimate. He was very personable and courteous. On 8/22/14 he performed the pest control, and within a few days the few bugs that were there were dead both interiorly and exteriorly. He called before the next treatment date to confirm it. He is an absolute pleasure to work with, and we look forward to out next treatment date!

There is a reason this guy (Kurt) has nothing but "A" reviews. He diagnoses the issue accurately. He treats it effectively. He charges more than fairly (actually WAY more than fairly). He does exactly what he says he is going to do. Everyone (in any line of business) should be like this but very few are. I have been using Angie's List for more than 10 years and have employed many excellent service providers. This guy is at the top of the heap. I recommend him without qualification.

We moved into a rental house and discovered there were huge cockroaches in the house. Kurt was extremely knowledgable and treated our house inside and outside. I definitely recommend Kurt and Tampa Bay Pest Management!

Kurt was extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. We had a ton of bugs (mostly Suriname cockroaches) in our house after moving in, and within a few days we saw absolutely none. I would highly recommend Kurt and his team - we are very pleased!

Kurt was very professional and thorough, and we are very pleased with his service. After the initial visit, we saw a couple of dead bugs in the garage, and then have not seen any since the application. After the second application a few days ago, we saw one dead bug in the kitchen, but have not seen anything since.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and while on the phone, Kurt explained what the process was and an estimate on his services. Kurt arrived on-time (called the day before to confirm) and explained what he was going to do. At the end he gave me some recommendations on what I can do to limit bugs further. Kurt was prompt, professional and thorough plus his price is cheaper than some of the more well-known pest companies. Bottom Line: * Responsive and considerate of my time * Great price coupled with great service * Expert knowledge I agreed to have Kurt come out on a quarterly basis to maintain the pest prevention (best part; NO CONTRACT). I will be recommending him to my friends.

Last summer we started seeing little black bugs in our house throughout the middle of the night (we were up frequently with our newborn). Normally we would have tried to remedy the situation ourselves with store bought insecticides. However, I was exhausted from our newborn and paranoid because I kept seeing bugs. My husband was exhausted from working long hours and then being up half the night with me and our newborn, so neither one of us wanted to attempt to deal with it ourselves. We had never contacted or hired a pest control service but this seemed like the perfect time to do it. I did a quick search on Angie's List and found Tampa Bay Pest Management. Based on the exceptional reviews, I contacted them through their website (email). Kurt, the owner, called me THAT DAY. He asked questions about the bugs and explained what he would do to control the issue. We scheduled an appointment that day. I believe I spoke with him on a Thursday afternoon/evening and he was at our house the following Monday. He inspected the home, sprayed inside our home, put bait in inconspicuous areas, and sprayed outside around the perimeter of our home. He identified the bugs as adolescent Australian roaches. We didn't hesitate to sign up for quarterly service, which is amazingly affordable. Kurt has been out to spray 4 times so far and we couldn't be happier. He calls a couple days before he plans to come out for quarterly service. We never have to worry about a thing. He is professional, friendly, courtesy, affordable and prompt. He is a true provider of remarkable service. The only bugs we see now are dead ones!!

My son was the one who was at the condo when he did the treatment. He commented on what a thorough job Kurt did, explaining as he went along where the problem was coming from and how to control it. He was also impressed by his professionalism. He then came out a few weeks later to do a follow up treatment. I have hired him to come and treat the condo on a quarterly basis. He is someone who is dedicated to providing excellent service and I would definitely recommend him.

We have a 2-acre property with lots of woods In the summer of 2012, we started noticing little black ants in our bathrooms. We tried hardware store ant sprays and traps, but they would not go away and seemed to get worse. Our usual pest control guy told us they were crazy ants. He 'sprayed' his usual, but the ants kept coming. I read up on them on the internet. They are carribean crazy ants. We ended up buying Termidor-SC and professional ant traps and lots of other goo to kill them. By the end of the summer we thought we had them beat. Then, last year (2013) they showed up again. We did the same treatments, and they stopped...for a while. Then, they were EVERYWHERE! They were coming out of the woodwork literally, out of the expansion cracks in the driveway, and all over the property! We again did an internet search and found Tampa Bay Pest Management and one other service that seemed to know about how to treat these ants. After reading other reviews and information, I decided to call Tampa Bay Pest Management. Kurt answered the phone immediately and I explained our situation. Kurt spent a great deal of his time asking questions and explaining about these horrid ants. He really knows his stuff! He came out that same afternoon and looked over our situation, listened to what we had tried, explained what he could do, told us about another customer with a similar situation that he was able to help, and, as I recall, went to work on the situation that very evening. He treated the inside, then the outside of the house, and then treated the perimeter of our property to repel the ants from coming back. By the next morning, the ants were dead! We had a mess of ants to clean up, but we were so happy! Kurt guided us through all the details of what to do, what to expect, etc. He also did tell us that, based on our property with the woods and moisture, we would need monthly treatments on the outside for several months, then just go to once every few months. We don't have any pests, not ants, not spiders, not termites, all gone! What Kurt uses is also not harmful to our pet. We no longer use our former pest control guy because he did not take care of the pests. We now use Kurt at Tampa Bay Pest Management for our pest control. Kurt calls us in advance, arrives when he says, and is extremely courteous, friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We would recommend Tampa Bay Pest Management to anyone! Excellent company!

The owner of the company came out himself. He was very thorough. He spent about an hour spraying the inside and outside and also laying another food product out that would kill the ghost ants. He did an excellent job. I haven't saw any ants since! I ended up signing up for yearly service.

I called him because I found flies in my kitchen and bedroom windows I called Tampa Bay Pest mgmt. and he responded right away. A couple of times I had to cancel because I work full-time and go to college part-time. He was very flexible about my schedule and was willing to work with me to confirm a date for service. Kurt was very nice, flexible, professional and on time. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would recommend him to other friends and family. Ray Go Lightning!!!!!!

Had a major ghost ant issue. Ants were crawling throughout the walls in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kurt scheduled an appointment and was very flexible with scheduling. He provided so much detail over the phone as to what the issue was and how to prevent it from reoccurring. He was very knowledgeable and gave me way more information about bugs than I needed. The ants are gone with only the one service call and I will happily continue to use his services on a quarterly basis.

Kurt has been providing my pest control services since approximately September of 2013. This is a quarterly service so I wanted to wait until he had been here a few times to give an accurate review. He has been professional, reliable and reasonably priced. I enjoy having a provider who says what he is going to do and does what he says!! Kurt started pest control in January for my home, my brothers and my dads home as well. He provides service at a great rate and so far we haven't seen any critters in any of our homes. He is very responsive and was on time for the scheduled services. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the market.

Very professional right from the start. Gave a reasonable estimate and continues to provide excellent pest treatment. Mr. Dimeler does the treatment himself so the quality level is very high. If you are looking for consistantly good service at a reasonable price, he's your man.

My wife and I had just moved into our new home and upon arrival, we had found that there was a major pest problem. We were finding cockroaches running throughout the house, ants in the windows, kitchen and bathrooms, spiders in every corner and wasps had apparently taken over our lanai. I called around to find someone who could provide affordable, yet reliable service to us, and come out to our home the same day. Many companies offered to have someone out the next day or wanted to schedule an evaluation, and were only willing to provide service if they set us up on an annual contract. Then I found Tampa Bay Pest Management! I spoke directly with Kurt, who is the owner and operator, not some office receptionist. He instantly assured me that he could handle our problems and could even fit me into his schedule to be out the same day. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me how he would handle the multiple types of pests and make sure that the treatments didn't counteract each other. He wasn't a big company trying to push a particular product or service, but rather a small business owner concerned with my individual problems. He also took into consideration that we have a crawling baby, to assure us that he was using safe, but effective methods. When talking to him about service offerings, he told to me that he could perform the initial service and eliminate our problems with no further obligation, but explained how quarterly outside spraying services would ensure that our pests don't return. He also called us for a two-week follow-up, offering to come back and re-treat free of charge, if we were still experiencing problems. It was unnecessary though, because his treatments had worked and we were pest free! Although he did not require us to maintain a written contract, Kurt continued to offer his personal guarantee that if we have any future problems, he would still come back free of charge, as long as we were keeping up with our quarterly treatments. Now, 3 months later, we are about near the time for our first quarterly service, and I am happy to say, our problems have remained at bay. Don?t let some big name company use the chemical of the month and skimp on the quantity. Kurt uses exactly what is needed and makes sure that the job is done right. With his fair pricing and amazing service, I definitely plan to continue on with the regular treatments.

Kurt did a complete walk around inspection. He then treated with a granular treatment, followed by a spray-on treatment. He also treated two wasp/hornet nests that were being built in our eves. He also treated the inside of the garage for continuity of treatment. I did not ask for interior treatment as we have had very little activity inside -- and expect no activity now!
