Kurt provided us with a cost effective treatment plan that works. He clearly explained his pest control process prior to our initial application. He also explained the safety and effectiveness of his chemical application (we have a three year old son and two dogs, so safety is extremely important). Kurt did an extremely thorough job with our initial application. He carefully and meticulously treated both the interior and exterior of our home. As he treated our home, he also checked for any potential problems. He was able to get rid of several small wasps nests in addition to the normal pest control treatment. I reached out to Tampa Bay Pest Management after buying my first home. My initial call was promptly returned by the owner, and an appointment date was set. During the first phone call making the appointment, the owner Kurt took his time to understand and listen to my concerns and needs. At the same time, he provided valuable information that I didn't expect to receive in order. After a week or so after initial treatment, I have noticed there are no more pests. Glad to have found Tampa Bay Pest Management and would highly recommend them to protect your home.

We have used several pest management services over the past 13 years and I feel comfortable in stating without reservation that Kurt is providing the best and most reasonable service. One provider that we used in the past tried unsuccessfully to convince us that we had a rat infestation in our attic that they would manage for a one time cost of over $1000.00. In fact, there was NO infestation. We cancelled that service and switched to a big name national chain that provided somewhat adequate, but expensive service. Additionally, they required that they spray inside our house and even with that, we still struggled with episodic persistent pests in spite of maintaining a very clean home. Finally, after becoming frustrated with the high cost of the service, we checked with Angie's list and discovered Tampa Bay Pest Management. I called Kurt and he made a prompt appointment to come out to the house, assess the situation and give us an estimate. Kurt has proven to be exceptionally knowledgeable and readily explains any and all services that might be required, as well as pointing out services that appear unnecessary. Since starting service with Kurt, we have been 100% free of insect pests. There has been no need for spraying inside the house, either. Kurt consistently calls ahead of time not only to advise of a planned visit for servicing, but also simply to check in periodically to determine whether the service is proving effective. Kurt is congenial, knows his business and has been very pleasant to work with. We are extremely pleased with Tampa Bay Pest management and it is clear that the all "A" ratings on Angie's List are well deserved.

Kurt has done our service for the last year. He has done a great job. We originally called Tampa Bay Pest Mgmt because of ants we had in and out of the house. We have never seen ants in the house again. He always calls before each visit. They come on the day that is scheduled. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend them to others.

Kurt has been my pest guy for three years now and has been so great to work with. He has been servicing my condo for the past year and before that he did my previous house. I just bought a new townhouse and he came today to inspect it and make sure they didn't miss anything and to spray to start my new service there. He is so helpful, honest and caring and does a great job. He has a fair price and is always willing to work with you on what you need. I have never had an issue as long as I have used him and I will continue to use him on all my future properties. I would highly recommend him!

My husband and I moved into our home last year and soon there after started doing battle with ants. Kurt of Tampa Bay Pest Management responded quickly to my request for information about their services. The fact that a great neighbor has happily used their services for years and the reasonable bid for a contract to treat our home on a quarterly basis, made us decide to go with them. Kurt and Dave came the following week to treat the inside and outside of our house for ants and they also treated the yard for fire ants. As promised the indoor ants disappeared. A week later while mowing, I noticed a few active fire ant hills and Dave returned within days to treat them. There has been no sign of them since. Kurt and Dave were professional, friendly and quick to respond.

The great reviews for this company on Angie's List are well deserved! I left a message for Kurt on 7/6/15, inquiring about service. He promptly returned my call and conducted a thorough consultation to assess my service needs. His price quote was right on target and he didn't have a problem scheduling an appointment around my non-traditional work schedule. Service was completed on 7/7/15. Kurt and Dave arrived on schedule and completed their work within the allotted time window. I found them to be professional and knowledgeable about their field. I was given tips for how to cut down on any potential bug problems. On a lighter note, Kurt was nice enough to dispose of a couple of bugs that I found and put tissues over because I didn't want to touch them. Both Kurt and Dave were kind, funny and a genuine pleasure to work with. I am gladly continuing with their quarterly pest control service.

Awesome!!! Kurt was very informative and took care of all the details and explained everything. Kurt also recommended other services that wee needed and called the provider to introduce us and get the process started.

We had a rodent in the attic. Kurt and David were prompt in assessing how it could enter the house. Soon they had a plan for trapping it and sealing off entry points. At the same time, ant trails were spotted. The rodent was trapped, the ants are gone, everything is fixed, as promised. Pricing was reasonable. This company's favorable reviews are well deserved.

We had noticed sawdust on the exterior of the house. Based on all the positive reviews, I called Tampa Bay Pest Management and spoke to Kurt on the phone to describe the situation. Kurt and Dave came out the next business day, and determined that the damage was caused by ants, rather than something more serious. such as termites. Kurt explained what was happening and what the options were. They were able to treat the house that afternoon, and the next day I could already see many dead ants. Kurt and Dave were very responsive, prompt, efficient, and friendly.

Mr. Dimeler was very honest and personable! His work was efficient and the charges were very fair. I have not had bug trouble since I have started having him treat my home!

The overall experience was great. We are yet to see the amount of fleas we used to have (5 dogs and 2 inside cats). No more white-footed/acrobat ants in long trails on or around the house. Spring is upon us and there has been an increase of pesky bugs inside but, I have complete faith in getting them under control using Tampa Bay Pest Management instead of the large company we previously used.

Kurt arrive at my home at the exact time that was scheduled. I explained my pest control issue and he seemed very knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done. Job well done. I definitely would refer Tampa Bay Pest Management to others.

Working with Kurt has been excellent. He is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. His response time has been great, we had to call him for some additional spot treatments and he was here the next day. Like I mentioned, we've retained his services for quarterly pest management and yearly fire ant treatments for the yard.

Wonderful! Kurt responded to Angie's message on the same day I sent it and was out to treat the house just a couple days later. We had ants coming out of our outlet in the kitchen and they were gone almost immediately after he and his partner left! We also had a fire ant issue (which we found out the hard way) and they treated the entire lawn. We saw ant hills disappear and haven't had any problems since. Would recommend them to anyone! So nice, knows his stuff and fixes issues. :)

Kurt broke the mold in so many ways. He was truly knowledgeable about pests and safe methods of remediation. Not only is Kurt punctual, courteous and reasonable, but I never felt as though I was being "up-sold" in any way. As a matter of fact, Kurt returned to my home for a complimentary follow-up service call when those persistent pests needed a little more persuasion. I've been a Tampa Bay Pest Management customer for over a year and couldn't imagine using anyone else!

I like everything about them; I didn't dislike anything. In fact, they are the only pest management company we've used that actually did the job and did it right. We've used them again for outside pest control because we've had infestation back last fall. We had various come but they are the only ones who took care of the problem.

Curt and Dave were exceptionally courteous and considerate. They explained all that we needed to know, and what the annual cost would be. They treated the house, inside and out, and made sure our pets were safe. We still had some ghost ants after a week, and they came back immediately (the next day) to fix the problem. I had a severe ghost ant infestation in my home due to underperformance by my previous pest control company. I called Kurt based on Angies List rave reviews and am very glad I did. Two people treated the house. One in and one outside. Kurt said he would follow up the following week to see if he needed to come back. He did just that! One week later the ants were almost entirely gone. Just one room had a small reoccurrence. (That room was full of boxes due to a returning college student, so it was difficult to treat.). I can't tell you what a relief it is to not see these critters after dealing with them for two years.
