Description of Work: I aske for an estimate for on-going pest control. I had an ant issue moving into my new home. Kurt came out and the treatment eliminated the issue. Kurt was professional, on -time and did exactly what he said he would do. As the owner of his company it was nice to work directly with him.

Description of Work: We just signed up with them for regular quarterly pest control. The owner is a super nice guy. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Kurt has been providing "tubes in the wall" service for us for 3 years. We are quite happy and bug free.

Description of Work: The owner contacted us promtply when we inquired about services. Told us what the service entailed and about how much it would cost. We scheduled an appointment at which time the cost was exactly what he said. Very thorough and quick. Calls the night before to confirm. We had them return for a refresher and included additional locations. The treatment took care of the ant problem and we haven't had any recurrence. We will definitely stay with them.

Description of Work: This was my first time calling a pest control management specialist. The owner of the company, Kurt, came out for the service. Kurt did a complete inspection of our home, both inside and out. He was very knowledgeable, and had detailed answers for every question asked of him. Kurt sprayed the top and bottom of all walls inside and out during his visit. After two days there is a noticeable absence of living insects. The cost of this initial service was $180, but it included three special bait traps for rodents. We have fruit trees, and vegetables in our yard, and we have seen rats. These bait trap boxes were recommended by Kurt, but we decided on the number. He did not insist on any extra services. That was all our choice. We are very happy with the service, and price. We will be using Tampa Bay Pest Control every quarter for our pest control needs.

Description of Work: Kurt does pest control quarterly on two houses. He is always prompt and immediately addresses any problems with bugs inside and outside the houses. Kurt is friendly and competent.

Description of Work: after purchasing the $75 certificate for thorough inside and outside treatment, i was told that my ant problem was expecially pervasive and would cost more. he used a lot of spray and the problem was resolved and he checked back to make sure it was done.

Description of Work: Absolutely the best experience possible. Professional, on time, courteous and thorough. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and the work was exceptional. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs pest control services, and will certainly be using them regularly!

Description of Work: Kurt came and sprayed the house for our ant problem. He did a fantastic job. Quick to respond to emails and phone messages. Very detailed in our conversations. Did not get the advertised price of $75 on Angie's list but Kurt did forewarn me that depending on the condition of the infestation it could be $95. The house had not been lived in for 280 days. Would use again.

Description of Work: Curt sprayed the inside of my house, garage, patio, and the front and back yard. He called the day before the appointment to confirm and was right on time the day of the appointment. He walked around the house with me and I told him about my concerns and he told me what he would be doing. He then sprayed all the rooms in the house. In the kitchen, where I was having problems with ghost ants, he sprayed all the hinges and drawers with what looked like a hypodermic needle. Then he sprayed the garage (where I was having problems with huge c*** roaches) and the patio with an even stronger solution. About 7 days after he sprayed, he followed up to see if I was having any problems. To my surprise, I haven’t seen any ghost ants in the kitchen ang not one c*** roach on the patio or in the garage. I will definitely use him again and refer him to other friends.
