I tried to pay for the Big Deal on line several times and it didn't work. I call Kurt direct to see why my credit card was not going through. He took the information and it worked. He arrived on time. He was patient is answering my questions and talked to tenants that was having problems with roaches. They felt assured that the problems was solved. I had enormous roaches crawling around in my house for years. My other pest control company did nothing but spray monthly & they kept coming back. Kurt started a new program where he not only sprayed, but used a special strip in the attic. Over a period of time (within about 3 months), the roaches started disappearing. I see very, if any bug activity now. Kurt will go out of his way to do whatever it takes to solve the problem.
