Kurt from Tampa Bay Pest Management was prompt and punctual. He spent time answering all of my wife's questions regarding our uninvited guests including carpenter ants and spiders that ventured in from our near by woods. After one application of his pest spray we immediately noticed the difference. Kurt offered to revisit if our issues were not resolved though he was confident in his work.

We are extremely happy that Kurt was able to rid our house of these notoriously difficult to control insects so quickly. Would highly recommend him. And is very personable and friendly as well.

I had every intention of calling several pest control companies for a quote, but upon only talking to Kurt on the phone, I knew he was the way to go. He listened very intently to my pest complaints, and his 12 (I think he said twelve, it was a number slightly larger than ten, i remember) years of experience was very apparent in conversation alone. On the day of our appointment, Kurt was timely and professional. He remembered my pest complaints from a few days prior, and treated my house for that as well. A big plus to me is that he uses green friendly pest control, and it was all dry within 15-20 minutes. The next day, I woke up and found several dead bugs around the house. That made me very happy :) I'm very pleased with his service, and will continue to use him for regular pest management.

Kurt responded promptly and was on time for our appointment. He was friendly, polite, clean and professional. I was immediately confident that he knew his business after a brief phone conversation. We were impressed with his knowledge of pests and his commitment to full service satisfaction. He returned to give a second treatment. We will be getting quarterly treatments and he is our 'bug guy' now.

Kurt arrived right when he said he would and was very fiendly. He set up traps for the rodents and also did a spray inside and outside of our house. Since he sprayed the only bugs we have seen are dead ones! I would reccomend to anyone!!

Kurt was professional and right on schedule and provided lots of great helpful information and took his time and explained everything very fully. He was very easy to work with and not old did great work but was nice to have someone actually you could sit and talk with and didn't seem to be rushedl. I scheduled quarterly services and have no doubt he will provide outstanding service.

Kurt came out within 48 hours of my call and assessed the issue. He spent time explaining what kind of ants we had, what he feels will eliminate the issue and the types of products he would use. He also explained his certifications and company history. He treated the front and back yard with bothproducts sprays and granules. The estimate was fair (and much more reasonable than what other companies were offering). Kurt did not try to sell full year contracts which is what i had experienced with every other company. His focus was on clearing up my problem. After completing the treatment, he said he would follow up in 8 to 10 days. He called back exactly when he said he would and I am happy to say I am ant free! I will continue to use Tampa Bay Pest Management and highly recommend him to other homeowners.

The owner, Kurt Dimeler, handled the job, and he absolutely deserves his top rating and excellent reputation. He was extremely service oriented and attentive to detail. He was courteous, punctual, thorough--totally professional. We were looking for a smaller, independent pest control company, which is one of the reasons why we chose Tampa Bay Pest Management. The price quoted was quite fair, the chemicals are pet-safe, and the attention we received was very personalized. Kurt was obviously interested in doing a good and thorough job, and did not rush through on this initial visit. He will maintain service for us quarterly for a very reasonable fee, and will take care of any problems or surprises that may occur between visits at no extra cost.

Kurt was thorough, professional and willing to discuss and answer all our questions. The initial visit was $100, but maintenance visits every 3 to 4 months are $70. Also, if we saw any insects between those time periods, he said he would come out immediately to take care of the problem. We did not have an issues between visits, and the problem areas with the spiders and webs stayed clear, which was really nice!

Called Kurt about coming out to service my house as I had started seeing roaches in the house and after living in the house for seven years this was the first time. Have also had an off and on problem with small black ants in the bathroom or kitchen. I had reached out to Kurt because of his positive reviews and the fact he was local to my area. When talking to Kurt we arranged a time that he could come out based on my work schedule. Kurt texted he was on his way the day of service and arrived on time. He explained all the work he was going to do and walked me thru everything. Kurt was very professional and well knowledged in what he was talking about. I have not seen any live bugs since Kurt came out to the house and actually very few dead ones. I signed up for his quarterly service and in which he explained would be an outside treatment and in the future I would not need to be there. There was no contract and I could stop the service anytime. Kurt also said that if I had any problems in the house to call him and he would come out free of charge - which I thought was pretty cool.

I chose to get an annual program with this company. I shopped it around and he had the best price for the standard, annual protection. We had just moved into our new house and of course, once my wife came across a cockroach, she assumes they're hiding all over the house and we need someone to come out right away. I spoke with Kurt the owner and he actually came out on a Saturday. He took his time and treated all the necessary areas. The first application is a little more involved, but every quarter he'll be by for another application. Prompt, professional, very reasonably priced and have not had any issues since he's been to the house about a month ago. Highly recommended!

Kurt arrived on time. Was professional, quick, yet thorough. It was a blessing to find Kurt, he did an awsome job.

I called Kurt to schedule an appointment for an estimate, and he gave a detailed description over the phone as to what services would be performed, what products he uses, and how he does the pest treatment application. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. He called prior to arriving and again explained everything he would be doing. We showed him a few problem areas with ants and he did a special treatment for those. The entire process took about an hour for our 3000 sq.ft. house. Kurt is courteous and professional. His knowledge of Florida pests is vast. He takes as much time as needed to explain everything that he does, answers all questions and is very thorough. And he called about 2 weeks after he came to see that everything was good and that we were continuing to have pest problems. We will continue to use Tampa Bay Pest Management in the future and we strongly recommend them.

We had a purchased a discounted service through Angie's List. The service provided was very good, the owner explained what chemicals he was using and how the process worked.

I had just bought this house and was seeing bugs inside and out. The technician serviced the entire house inside and out asking me about what types of bugs I had seen and where. After the treatment there were dying and dead bugs visible inside and out. I have not had a bug problem since, even with all of the rain we have been having. I am very pleased with the service and have signed a yearly treatment contract.

We have used this company from the time we built our house and will continue to use them. Very responsive when called for any bug issue at all.

I purchased a "Big Deal" initial pest control service from Tampa Bay Pest Management. I had been suffering from ant infestation on my porches and in different areas of my house...usually the bathrooms. I also wanted something to repel the large creepy palmetto bugs that seem to find there way in from time to time. Kurt, who came out and performed the intial service, was very personable and seemed very knowlegeable. He explained what he was using and his overall procedure and approach to solving my critter problems. It's been 3 weeks since his visit and I am very pleased with the results. I no longer see an ant in my home nor do I even see them on my porch or back area which is even more impressive to me. As far as the palmetto bugs, I have only seen dead remnants of them which tells me what he sprayed has worked. I will be contacting Kurt and setting up a quarterly visit from him to make sure going forward I maintain the same results.

Kurt responded very quickly once I had made my purchase through Angie's List for a pest control treatment. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and informed me of what to expect. He went to each room inside and sprayed a chemical that was odor free. He then sprayed outside and also applied a granular formula to the outside of the home. He took his time and it is clear that he is knowledgeable about his business. We have not seen any return of the ants that we had in a few rooms and are very pleased with his service. I would use Kurt again and recommend him to anyone.

We have been using a pest company for the past year that just does the basics, sprays the outside once in a while but doesn't make the extra effort and hasn't even been covering our entire home, just the front part of the outside since we are usually not home when they spray and we have a gated back yard. Kurt was great! He came out, talked to us and asked us what our problems were and went through the entire house checking for any problem areas we may not notice. He found a problem we didn't even know we had because he was so through, turns out we have drywood termites and have had them for about a year and didn't know it. He treated the house for our current problems that he could help with and recommended a company he has worked with for years to contact about fumigating the house down the road. He was friendly and professional and explained everything he uses and why. We have signed up for a quarterly service with him and feel better already! I would recommend any bug problems you have to call Kurt.

Within a few days, we found THOUSANDS of dead ants mostly by our front door where Kurt said he suspected we had a major nest. As he instructed, we vacuumed them up and, sure enough, next day there were more dead ants but not nearly as many. Repeat daily. We are still finding dead ants, but fewer and fewer and I am confident they will all be gone soon. Based on this positive experience with Kurt, we have agreed to a regular servie and believe this will never happen again. Wish we had called him sooner.

They always call a day ahead to ask if we have any concerns. They are kind, courteous and we are "BUG FREE"!!
