To start with the owner was exactly on time. He was very friendly and went over in detail 0f the treatment. He walked the house with me asking if I had any problems with any specific pest . He sprayed absolutely every room , then walked out side sweeping all around the house getting rid of all bug and nest then sprayed all out doors. When he was done he asked me how he did and if there was anything else he could help me with. Family Pest Service is the Best Pest Company I used for controlling Pest.

After the holiday, Robert came back and got to work. He explained everything he was going to do, and why. Since the ants were nesting somewhere in the walls, he drilled some small holes and shot some powdery stuff in there. Then he filled in the holes. He went up in the two attic entrances, and sprayed the powder up there, so it would float into ALL the walls. Then he sprayed outside the entire perimeter of the house. After that, he noticed a lot of wasp nests on the house. Just because he is a nice guy, he knocked them all down for me. Robert is a very professional man, and he is also kind and considerate. He is friendly. He explains everything and answers questions. He was sweet to my two pesky and curious cats. He cleaned everything up beautifully when he was done. When I spoke to his wife on the phone, she was also very kind to me, and understood my aversion to the ants. Yesterday the work was done. Today, instead of 15 to 20 ants wandering the bathroom, I saw 4. And they were walking slowly around in circles, looking very confused. Robert said he may have to come back another time or two. It depends on how many colonies have been living in my walls. So far so good! I am delighted with Robert and the work he did here!!!

I signed up for their yearly pest control today and Robert was here the same day to treat the prevention of bugs. He went over and beyond my expectation by taking care of some wasps nests I didn't even realize were 2 stories up. I recently switched pest companies and Im happy that I picked this company. What I didn't like about my previous pest company was that they would come out once and advise you to call when there was a issue. How do I know if there isn't something going on behind my walls.??? It's not like roaches like to hang on the couch and watch tv with people.. This company does the extensive treatment with quarterly visits AND will also come if there are any problems in between. Quick, friendly, responsive, reasonable and courtesy. Will be referring Robert to any one who asks for a good pest company. Thanks!

We could not be more happy. We have had other pest companys in the past and you can tell Family Pest Services care about the customer with the amount of attention to detail which was given. This was NOT a spray and go service you get from the big companies which are more interested in quantity as opposed to Quality!
