Phils Drain Cleaning & Plumbing Repair

I initially spoke with Phil with the hopes of being able to repair the leaking. He came to my condo the same afternoon and determined the water heater which was 20 years was leaking internally and needed to be repaired. He charged nothing for initial visit. I wanted the same brand which currently had, Brandford-White. Phil checked with two supply houses to locate find the model of B-W which fit into my existing storage cabinet. He did not mark-up the water heater and the overall cost was very to his original estimate. I would recommend the service and quality of installation that Phil provided.
