Delivery was good. I would have liked a cheaper price, but you pay for what you want. They got them to me real quick and got them installed. Time your purchases with sales. I think it was Memorial Day weekend.

I had a problem with a contractor that left me without a counter. When the contractor came in with my unfinished kitchen and my unfinished counter top, I remembered talking to one of the guys that came in to put the original counter tops in, I said " You guys don't look familiar. Do you work for the contractor?" They were like "No we work for Home Depot." Fortunately, I don't know, he bough product at Home Depot and I asked and I was lucky enough to match the counter with the counter they had at Home Depot. So, I just went and purchased the remainder and had Home Depot do the install and it was great. Had I known the problems I was gonna get with the contractor, I would of just gone to Home Depot. They were just so great. Between matching the tile, coming in again with the professionalism. They had two people come in to make sure everything was correct. When they came in, it was just like an half a hour job. I was so surprised on how fast it took, considering how many problems I had with my original contractor. With any kind of home repair, I would use Home Depot. I actually saved money by using Home Depot.

It was wonderful. They were running a Memorial Day special and I needed to get new windows for my small condo, so I got a tremendous discount and I got high impact windows installed. The process of getting the permit was long. It took about 9 weeks, but once the permit was attained, the job was done in one day and I haven't had a problem. It cost a lot. Each stage through the process I could call their customer service, so if I had any questions along the way, there was always someone to answer my call and I knew ahead of time that it would be a long process to get the permit. So, they were very thorough in telling me my expectations every step of the process. Finally, one team came in and measured and then another team came in and remeasure. Then they got the windows and installed it. So, every step of the way, I was well aware of what was going to happen. They set the appointments to fit my schedule. When they guys actually came in to do the work, they were great. I didn't have to move any furniture and they cleaned everything up. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them. I knew high impact windows would cost me money, but I didn't expect it that high, but quite honestly, they were very reasonable comparatively.

Everything was good, the guy did it perfectly. The door is still there and still going. The work was done right.

I didn't get a presentation or anything, I just got a quote. It was too much money, plus they subcontract out, so they don't have the same work crew like private companies do. They have worked for me before and they were good, I just thought they were too expensive.

The price, quality and service are good.

They were supposed to have ordered the material and then the material never came in when it was supposed to. Because the material was so late they ended up having one of their own workers put it in the back of a personal vehicle and bring it to us, so in that respect they got it there but they inconvenienced some guy with his own personal car instead of having it delivered when it was supposed to and properly. At one point in time I told them just to take the product back, I wasn't even going to have them put it in. What they have to do with this particular flooring is they've got to come out and measure the moisture level in the concrete on the bottom and if the moisture levels are elevated they've got to put down some plastic as a barrier. They sent a guy out, he came out and measured and he said we've got to have this plastic. We had already ordered the plastic, so we thought it wasn't going to be a big deal. The day they came out to install the plastic they measured the floor again and said now the moisture level is too high, we can't put the floor in. After the delay in getting it and the back and forth on the moisture, I said to take the floor back and that we were tired of dealing with it. Ultimately we gave it a day or two, the moisture levels ended up working out okay. The guy came back and installed the floor. By the time we got done there were pieces called transition strips that were supposed to be in, they had told us twice that they were coming in, but they didn't end up making it in time. I was supposed to meet them at my house this morning but they called and rescheduled for tomorrow. I didn't schedule work at my office today because I was going to have to be home. It's inconvenient financially and schedule-wise and our floor still isn't done. My wife has sworn up and down that she'll never go to Home Depot for installing anything again. The material itself is fine but every time you call them there's a problem. You need to talk to this manager, but that person is never there, you don't get calls back, and every time you talk to somebody you have start telling the whole story all over again because nobody knows what's going on. Professionalism is exactly what was lacking.
