We had a circuit break on a Friday evening. We called them and they were very responsive, even though it was 6:00pm. They tried to get an electrician out there that night, but unfortunately they weren t able to get anyone to come out. However they got someone out first thing this morning. They fixed it in under an hour.

Work was done quickly, but price could have been done at a lower cost

I felt that Eduardo was a very nice. I was a little disappointed in the fact that he knew before he came out what I needed and the main thing I needed he didn't fix. He didn't have the supplies or the means to fix it and I feel like he over charged me for what he did fix. I spoke with 2 different ladies from his office prior to the visit and gave them in great detail what I needed. I still had other things for him to do but even that I won't let him do because he didn't even do the one thing I needed most. This was my first experience with home advisor and not only will I not have him back out to my home I won't ever use home advisor again.

The electrician was very friendly and and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the project that needed repairs and other questions I had as well.
