 + -1 moreI hired David as a public adjuster when my insurance company was dragging their feet on a water damage claim. He is wonderful, explained the entire process, and got them moving on my claim. It was a small claim, so I did not get a huge check, but it was fair, and I really appreciated having David on my side. He is very professional and honest. He responds quickly and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend him. Also, his fees (10% at the time) are reasonable, many others will charge you 15%.
Description of Work: I hired David as a public adjuster when my insurance company was dragging their feet on a water damage claim. He came out to my home, promptly, did an investigation, took pictures, and was in contact with my insurance company. I did not have to do much and I felt "safe" in his hands.

Mr. Ward kept us informed of the progress of processing our claim from start to finish. I never had to call him to find out what was happening.
Description of Work: Mr. David Ward is a first-rate public adjuster. First he obtained from our insurance company sufficient funds to replace our roof. During our reroof, it was necessary for us to contract a screen repair company to temporarily detach our structure. Mr. Ward was able to obtain reimbursement for this as well. He is tenacious and just a pleasure to work with. A total professional.

 + -1 moreI declined the $4,000.00 settlement and engaged "Rhino Insurance Claim Solutions" to represent me. David Ward came to my home the same day and took pictures and measurements of the damage and then wrote an estimate and a claim. He then contacted this insurance company and after signing a release, I received a check in the amount of $12,500.00.
Description of Work: Had $12,500.00 in damages to my home done by a painting contractor working on the adjacent property. The contractor's insurance company initially denied the claim. After a few letters back and forth the insurance company offered me $4,000.00.

 + 0 moreThis guy us fantastic. He is really hard working and finishes it in a short amount of time as well. There were no mistakes and the walls and exterior look great. The price was great for the amount of work they did and they are professional as well.
