Kevin was very flexible. I hired him initially to mount one TV and at the last minute, I asked him to mount a second TV and to change a bedroom lock for me. He worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional!

I spoke with Kevin about mounting 1 TV, 2 ceiling fans, and 2 lights and after 4.5 hours he was able to do the TV, 1 fan, and 1 light. I specified the TV that I would need him to mount (Samsung Frame) and he told me it wouldn?t be a problem. However, when he arrived he did not follow the instructions at all and various parts that were supposed to be used were left unused. The TV was not level after being mounted and since has had to be remounted from scratch to fix the leveling issue (this time, they used the provided template in the instructions to do it correctly) however one of the sides of the mount was bent by Kevin during his installation. The ceiling fan he installed was also installed incorrectly. It was pinching the wires due to the way he hung it (which was a safety concern waiting to happen) and the screws used were not the ones that were originally provided with the fan so the fan was not completely flush with the ceiling. Also the fan was crooked due to the way the bottom piece was screwed in. I had to have that reinstalled as well. The light he installed was fine, I haven?t had any issues with it. However he tried to install the second light and got halfway through the installation before determining it wasn?t working. When he informed me I told him to just take it down and forget about it and he left the mounting plate on the ceiling. I can tell that Kevin is a hardworking guy but I would not recommend him to anyone looking for quality work outside of his ?specialty? which seems to be hanging the most basic TV mounts.
